So friendly and helpful! They did not have what I needed but they were happy to help. They told me what competition of theirs did have it and they even called the store to make sure they had it in stock!
I may have had to go elsewhere to get my filter BUT I will be happy to shop there in the future because I respect that kind of customer service more than anything these days!

Everything you need for a pool that's the best I can say. Not very knowledgeable and sold inferior products

I had the nicest repair technician. He knew what the problem was and actually came prepared. He did not bring a new filter or shock because he said his store did not have any. He left my place and went to the Maumee store and returned with those items. Lonnie has my vote for best customer service. Give him a big Christmas bonus.

Always greeted.with a big hello when I walk through the door and the folks there are always ready to help.

Went in to check on pools and the lady is very rude! Pushy pushy! Wish there was a real salesman instead of some women who doesn't want to do her job!

The girl at the Northwood store was the rudest person I have ever dealt with she needs to be fired. She has no people skills and she lied to me. She doesn't need to be working with customers. She is awful. I will be make a call to the BBB about thus store.
The only reason I gave them 1 star is because if I didn't it wouldn't let me leave a comment.

Called to ask a question on when I would receive my estimate for my pool and spa that was hit by lighting, then was yelled at by there technician John. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. He said the estimate would be done on Friday to give to my insurance company. So they been calling and asking everyday since asking for it. I have always been loyal and bought 3 hot tubs and all my chemicals from you in the past. Last time for that. Even have you guys at the neighbors (my sister).

Their spa service department is wonderful. Andrea has been great in helping me diagnose my hot tub issues as well as get the parts to fix it. Great follow up and amazing customer service. Highly recommended.

You think if you spend $9k on a hot tub you would get excellent customer service. I must say I am disappointed! I did get my tub delivered in just a few days but they forgot the stairs! Not a hug deal you think? Its is a BIG deal and a safety issue when you cant get in and out unless you can do the splits and I am short. They kept telling me I could come pick them up but I find that RUDE! You should deliver them with an apology. Now almost 2 weeks later still no stairs and it looks like if I want them I have to go pick them up. RUDE just RUDE!
