3 Love to pursue you for recruitment for positions even when you aren't looking over LinkedIn. But then wont reply if they don't want to continue pursuing you after you have done phone screenings and they have wasted your time.
Not worth it and save yourself some time by ignoring any messages from Darcy Rhoads.
Under Federal law they are required to provide a legal reason for denying candidate's applications and they just chose to ignore it if they don't have a good answer. The labor law lawyer I contacted has been very intrigued by the evidence so far.
Horrible company, had Lauren call me who was a recruiter and we agreed on everything, rate of pay, remote work. She even referred me to the account manager who sounded like a Karen, but her name was Cara. She immediately said everything that Lauren promised was basically a lie. HUH? So you wasted 15 minutes of my life for what? So odd, so weird I can't even fathom the reason to do this.
I've worked at Insight Global for almost 7 years and I love it! It is definitely hard work and a very fast paced environment. You have to be extremely motivated and have a sense of urgency in order to work here and see success but that's why I love it. The harder that I work, the more that I see the fruits of my labor pay off in promotions, recognition and financial gains!
