Insomnia Cookies, Cleveland OH

Worst insomnia cookies ever. Less than ten minutes from my house and took an hour to deliver. The driver just left my order sitting outside of my apartment building. No phone call upon delivery. Only found the cookies because I went outside to keep an eye out for the car. And to top it off the cookies were terrible, thin and hard. Horrible service all the way around.

Place is overhyped, staff wasnt the greatest the lady was handling register and food and wasnt gonna put gloves on

So I absolutely love this place and only the downtown west 6th location. So I literally just went for a 24 pack on a rainy Wednesday evening at 6pm and it's dead with employees I'm there and ur out of certain cookies I don't understand. Once they get low don't u remake more I mean yall is open until 3am. I travel from Cleveland heights to this location to not be able to get anything be cause I was told they were temporary sold out. It's always someone different and and it's Like it's always a problem now. Smh hire people who cares.

Well people working here fair.but they most put extra in these cookies because I get uber orders all the time from them.location really suck right next to night club

It was my first time, ever going go insomnia cookies. I was excited, after hearing how good they are, but your employee absolutely ruined the experience. We went in on 4/9/22 at noon and the girl was so incredibly rude! We started to order and she instantly gave us attitude and was throwing things around. I understand people have bad days, but this was uncalled for. I won't be going back to this location, just because of the employee that ruined this!

This place is absolutely the worst! Had a late night craving for ice cream. Went there for $6.50 i got 2 scoops of ice cream that was half way melted and gritty. The butter pecan! The ice cream scoop was sitting in dirty water. The cashier was leaning on the wall as she rang us up like it was too hard for her to stand in give common courtesy to the customers.

These cookies were delicious! We tried to order several different types but they were out which sucked. They say they are open til 3 am but we were in at like 7: 15pm and they had minimal stock already. But the ones we did get were warm and delicious!

Was caving something sweet. Insomnia cookies is the way to go and it was DELICIOUS
I purchased the 12 count box. The vegan chocolate chip cookie is amazing. If your in the downtown Cleveland. Please stop by

To start we love their cookies.but this morning I arrived at 2: 22am and in the page it is marked that they close at 3am, I went into the store and the police that was inside started yelling at me to leave. I ask if I could just buy a cookie and he kept yelling at me. After that I waited inside to be picked up, but he didn’t want me inside in the middle of winter and then the worker also came to yell at me while there were customers already inside buying. This is not the first time I’ve heard this happen to customers. I would like that people be mindful of going here and to be very careful as well as more kind.

This is a really small place and if you're not looking for it, one could pass by it. They were out of air a few cookies which surprised me since they are open late. In any case, the cookies were delicious, warm and soft. I would go here again if I were in the area.

The Lakewood shop is wayyy better. I went in there and No one spoke too me as I waited at the counter for at least 5min till someone acknowledged me. The music was so loud and a ton of explicit language I could barely hear the girl talking. I got my some vegan cookies that were hard and cold, they weren’t worth the drive. I will Never go back to this location. To bad I can’t give them zero stars…

Placed order Tuesday October 12th @ 10p.m never arrived an hour later called to ask on an update of eta, Girl who answered phone was really rude. We ended up canceling thinking maybe it was Grubhubs mistake. So we ordered to pickup, we were not greeted at all. Girl was busy having a side conversation, was just as rude in person. Will not go here again.

Went here for vegan cookies. The cookies ended up being delicious and warm. My issue was everything else. The woman at the desk was being very short with me and rude. When I asked her about the vegan flavors she seemed annoyed and I didn't even ask her a bunch of questions. I could see in the back there were 2 men who were obviously stoned and listening to music. I guess that didn't bother me because they weren't hurting me none. Overall, good cookies but I will be going to a different location because the woman was rude for absolutely no reason.
