I visit the Emerald Parkway office regarding my degenerative back condition and recent S. I. Problems. Dr. Kal began w/ an in-depth consultation leading to diverse treatment options and Physical Therapy. All divisions are equally thorough and focused on pinpointing & treating the root problem (s). Dr. Kal's team including but not limited to Kristen, Corey, Gretchen and Kristy are awesome! The confidence in their assessment and treatment made it easy to be optimistic and the timely results make me highly confident that I will return to my active lifestyle soon! Also, I appreciate that they have been supportive about my working with my chiropractor in conjunction with their treatment plan. Staff are all very friendly and so comforting and understanding of your pain, the building is exceptionally clean and very professional atmosphere. I really don't love going to a Doctors office but I must say this is the best pain management center I've ever been to!

Where do I begin…. My overall experience at this office is more then I ever expected. Dr. Lingam and his staff are amazing. I have suffered for six years with back pain. I had a spinal fusion that went awful. I have seen more then my share of doctors trying to help me. About a year ago. I started seeing Dr. Lingam. He was determined to help ease my pain. His bedside manners was something I was not use to. He listened to me and truly cares for his patients. I am currently four weeks pain free. He never gave up on me. I owe my new life to him. I will forever be thankful to him and his staff.

Very caring and professional just like his father. I hated to see Dr. Rao Lingam retire, he was the best physician ever, and is son is strongly following in his footsteps.

I have seen Dr Kal for a few years and by far he is the best Dr I have seen. He has always treated me as a person and took time to listen and gave me the treatment he felt would work. But I'm so disappointed because I had a procedure and they was supposed to call me to check on me, well they never called. When I called the following week to see why they didn't call, the girl on the phone insisted they called and called me a lier and that may e I missed a call. As long as I have see this Dr I have made sure I have done everything I was supposed to do. Never missed an appt, never peed dirty, never disrespected anyone. I don't understand how an employee can talk to a patient in a certain way and its ok but when I raise my voice they say I'm demeaning. And the released me from the clinic. I lost a great doctor because someone didn't do there job. And now I can't get into any other clinics because of what they say. They just cut me off my medication stop seeing me, and when I call to see if there is something I can do to be seen, I have left Numourous messages for the office manager and no one will return my calls. Never did I think I would get this treatment from this clinic. It's all new staff, but I will say, Dr kal, Angie, Cory, front desk gal all amazing. I wish someone would contact me. My pain is worse that ever. Please someone help figure this out. Can a office manager or owner please call me?
