Good case management as well as psychiatrist and staff other than their housing team seems to do minimal for those who need the assistance with be housed. The Homeless whom work with them.

The begining of the year i had said different but now I believe this place to b a joke! I had to wait to finally get a counselor and to find out they were calling the wrong number bc someone changed my number in their computers. Then found a counselor I loved and saw her once n months then she quit. My new counselor setup initial visit and my fault I missed it. The next visit wasn't sure if I could get a ride she said let her know if we need to do it over the phone. More than an hour before the apt I started calling her bc my ride ddnt show. She did not answer til 8 that night and said she tried texting me but I never got a message or call she has yet to call to reschedule. Now I don't think I will b going back.

If you actually need real help, go somewhere else, you will not find it here! They prescribed my son a medication that caused a seizure then dropped him as a client. They waited until his virtual appointment and informed us via text chat they would no longer be seeing him and have transferred him to another practice. When I expressed my concerns about him not receiving care, they said they would still prescribe his meds then terminated the chat before I could even copy down the name of the new practice and contact number. They require clients to give 24hour notice for canceling appointments, but they do not follow the same rules. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful!

This is a great place to be if you have mental health issues or past substance abuse issues and trying to get on your feet. There are Drs, counselors and case managers that will help you in different ways.

Terrible lack of services, revolving door of case workers, meddling in family affairs.the worst service provider I've had in 30 years. They called Athens police to my home when I fired them. Stay away from these kooks!

I always appreciate how professional, courteous, and friendly all of the staff at Integrated Services are. I've been going there for a couple months now and I have yet to have a negative experience. By far, the best.

My patients rights were violated! My right to refuse a medical treatment plan, was totally ignored. My right to file a grievance and to have a proper advocate. My right to know my denial of services and why. ALL VIOLATED BY Kimberly Brozak and her team of nurse's! My calls were never returned from management in the facility. And our right to knowing everyone grievances, should be on their website, displayed for the public to see. Not only does this facility, clearly break the laws of my rights. Nobody is doing anything about it! Do not go here.
