Mark provided a good solid analysis of the source of the water leak into our house and the appropriate remedy to fix it! I valued his expertise and judgement. Thanks to him, Integrity is doing our repairs!

Integrity? I did not tell them I had multiple other quotes from manufacturer preferred contractors and they quoted me 150% more then the field. They told me they would then match a competitor as long as the product was comparable, turns out their product is worse with a 30yr warranty while I am now getting a 50 year warranty and still saving 20k over their price.

Integrity Home Exteriors removed our old wood siding and replaced it with new cement board siding this past week. Each of the young men who assisted were absolutely the best! They were kind, hard working, very respectful and polite. They never left a mess and they were very professional. I was happy that my two young children could go outside to view the progress and not be offended by poor language or actions. I really enjoyed having them here and missed them after they left at the conclusion of the project.

I am very impressed with Integrity. The employees are all so friendly and professional! The communication for our project (new roof install & barn gutters install) was great and the projects were done in a very timely manner. The work was done very efficiently and our finished roof and gutter look amazing! They also did a superior job cleaning up afterward. As a customer, I truly feel valued. I will definitely be recommending Integrity to family and friends!

I am very impressed with my new gutters from Integrity! My home was recently painted so my installation team was as excited about this gutter transformation as I was! Professional workmanship and quality product. Scheduling required some flexibility and patience, but the finished product made it worth the wait. Zeke and Cody were friendly, upbeat and dedicated to get the install finished timely and to my satisfaction. With the exception of some pretty sharp gutters, nothing was left behind! I would definitely reach out again for future projects.

Prompt, courteous. Takes pictures before and after and explains work they recommend done with no pressure. We have had several mini jobs done including roof repair, more attic insulation and a gutter heater. No problems. And they always answer the phone.

The representative came to our house and did a thorough job on the estimate and explaining the products and cost structure.

The quality of the work was very good, done quickly and they cleaned up properly.

My only nit is with communication after they took our deposit; they did not let us know when they were coming until I called them about three weeks later. But everyone was polite and prompt in their responses after that.

I would recommend Integrity.

Integrity Exteriors are the best in the business, the best with professionalism and quality of work. Adam Batt has been nothing but great in handling all my projects, from the beginning with a good fair quote and making sure everything was accounted for. Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting from this company treated my with respect and answered all my questions I had. They were insistent and committed to doing everything right no matter what it took to the successful completion of the project and making sure I was satisfied with all the work done. I can't recommend Integrity enough.

I had few hours of conversation about sun room window replacement with Julie of Home Exteriors. She provided detailed information about different products. She appeared to be very knowledgeable of their products. She was very pleasant to talk and discuss different aspect of the products and financing of the project.

From conception and initial contact the company seemed to have genuine integrity.no pun intended. The men that showed up to make the repairs was very courteous.they worked quickly and did a thorough job through cleanup. They repaired a deficiency in a previous contractor's work that caused a leaky roof. While there is little to no way to test the repair, with the problem description, and fix applied, we're confident in the outcome.

The team did great work in bitter cold weather. They got right to it ànd were done in record time.

The appointment was at 10am and they showed up ten minutes early. Got all ten windows, including two on the second floor, done in less than 6 hours. They even sent people to look at some roofing issues I had. I basically had half of their office in my house. During all walkthroughs, they fixed minor issues and even replaced a lightbulb in my attic for me! Will continue to use this company for all my exterior repairs. The results are reliable and the people more than willing to help.

I felt like i mattered. The presentation was well structured and informative. I was impressed with the quality of the windows being offered.

The roofer arrived on time and was very polite. He seemed very knowledgeable and the work was done to specification.

She was amazing, Meagan was more like a friend then a stranger. Made me feel comfortable and also my kids loved her lol she was great with them.

$10,000 overpriced on basically the same windows we found somewhere else. Then when we told them we wanted to cancel the deal, (well within our 3-day right of rescission by the way), they conveniently tried to drag their feet in returning our $2,000 down payment. We had to keep calling until we finally got our deposit back. Would not recommend them. It's kind of sad really because they claim that they are a faith-based company. I wonder what Jesus would have done.

We are very happy so far with Integrity. Taylor arrived at our home on time. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Would certainly recommend him. He represents your company very well.

On 10/21/19, I paid a deposit for three projects including a small roof repair, exterior wood siding repair and front door mortar repair.

On 11/12/19, I called and requested to schedule the work with owner and scheduler, Adam. At this time, only the roof repair would be completed due to the cold weather. Adam scheduled the work to be completed on 11/21/19. The crew was scheduled to arrive at my home between 8: 00 a.m. And 9: 30 a.m.

On 11/21/19, I received a phone call from project manager, Ron at approximately 9: 00 a.m, reporting that he would be arriving at my home shortly. Upon arrival, Ron introduced himself and explained what and how would be completed. Ron and John completed the roof repair and took the time to show me what had caused the issue. When choosing this service, I had asked for the entire roof to be checked to ensure there were no other issues, however, on this day, due to the weather, it was unrealistic for them to walk the remainder of my roof (I have a 4600 sq ft home). They stated that this could be done on another day or when my other projects are completed.

On 11/18/19, I received a phone call from Adam, the owner and scheduler, asking me how the roof repair went. I explained that I was quite pleased with the work that both Ron and John did. We discussed the checking of the roof at another date and looked to schedule the other 2 projects in the spring when it warms.

We had a good initial experience with the sales member who came out to our home for a quote on windows. We felt it was a good price for the windows with the discount of displaying a marketing sign in our yard. The installer was great and clean definitely no complaints there. My complaints are with the actual windows themselves and the communication with our sales person. He told us the windows would look just like our other windows we had done the prior year with a full screen. Of course we knew they were going to be differences since it was different manufactures but I remember specifically asking if there was going to be a full screen so they would be similar since there were next to each other. There is only a half screen and it doesn't sit flush at the bottom. My biggest disappointment in the windows is the fact that they used my old window frame and just did an insert. I only recently discovered this when I took the trim off to replace it (5 months later) I could still see the old window frame chipped paint and all. I thought we were paying for a new complete window which would include the frame. A small draft can still be felt coming through the old frame this was the point of getting new windows. We feel completely mislead on the what we were paying for and what we were getting. At no point during the sales pitch were we told our old window frame would be kept or re-used. If I would of known this I would not of went forward with the purchase and would of stayed with the other company we purchased our other windows from since it would have been a new complete window with a full screen and not just an insert. We also still have the marketing sign in our garage since we have not heard from anyone on coming to pick it up or if we could throw it away.
** In the pictures you can see the frame of the old casement window. Shows the old paint and where the center stile was. A quarter round piece of trim was used against the old trim, which is why I just now noticed the old frame.

Had Integrity come out to patch up our roof about a year ago. The patch job was good.but we've literally found over 100 roofing nails in our yard and our stone driveway from the job.

Super likable guys.but I'm STILL finding the nails almost a year later. Super disappointed, guys.:/
