I was literally on hold waiting with them for 5 hours. Then I was instantly disconnected once it was after office hours.

Literally, cant get through. Either some lady picks up and transfers you to a number that says, "due to an influx of calls we can not assist you at this time, please call back later" and then hangs up or you are on hold so long it hangs up again. The menu is such a maze, and you dont know what options will get you to an operator or not. Too impersonal. You are doing a very poor job, esspecially when you a service that people need.
