They were extremely hospitable and had me in my new car in less than 2 hours! By far the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Adam is an excellent salesman and very Spot on when it comes to giving you the right price for the vehicle you wish to trade-in. Couldn’t be happier!

Buyers be aware. Any vehicle purchased from this place is AS IS.you will be responsible for anything that is wrong. Get any promises they make you in writing.or just forget them.

Buyer beware! After a very bad experience and research from other dissatisfied customers I would strongly suggest to shop elsewhere or at the very least read all reviews on this place. I certainly will never purchase from this establishment again!

The auto selection was very disappointing. Not mu nice to choose from. I did business with them some years back. There selections were much nicer then. I'll rate them stars.

On April 15th 2019 I purchased a 2005 Saab 9-3. During sale I was aware that the gas gage /drivers mirror/tires/brakes needed attention. The car was sold to me with the false impression that it had 69k miles and nothing else wrong. The sales guy (Ryan) also promises that I could return the car if any major issues were discovered. Within 2 weeks after I had the car checked by a Saab mechanic I discovered that the car had serious electrical rewiring done by someone also that the roof was seriously leaking and the worse part that the odometer was recording only half the actual miles driven. When contacting the dealership Ryan said there is nothing they would do, they would not take the car back and to have a nice day. I have a cases opened with better business bureau and Ohio attorney general. This is NOT a good and honest place to purchase a car. BE AWARE. Feel free to contact me via Facebook for more in-depth details. I wish I had read more of the reviews before I even walked in thier door.

How can you buy a car if they wont let you test drive it you ask? Just hop in the car with a man who speaks broken english and says "great car, yes" as the brakes are grinding

Car messed up in the first week. They said nothing was wrong with it when they looked at it. Kept acting up. They were dodging my calls and emails. Ended up taking it to a mechanic and had to pay almost 1000 for them to put a fuel pump on. Not a very good dealership to go to

Just Ok, I called about a specific vehicle, I'm told it's in stock, I drive 40 miles to look at it, get there and it's in the shop and can't be shown, these guys will ask how much you want to spend, then almost refused to show me anything over the amount I stated. They won't come down a dime. The bottom line is that these guys want top dollar for their cars and want you to give them your trade. And like I said not a dime discount for cash. What a waste of time.

UPDATE 2/1/2019: RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNER: You are factually incorrect. We negotiated the price based upon my assuming responsibility for the O2 sensor repair and THAT WAS THE ONLY CODE YOUR MECHANIC TOLD RYAN (YOUR EMPLOYEE) AND ME THAT WAS READING ON HIS EQUIPMENT. I also have a witness to such.)

Your MECHANIC LIED to YOUR EMPLOYEE and YOUR CUSTOMER.

The mechanic bill is from a company here in Louisville and is legit.)

Regardless, the State Attorney General is following up, along with the BBB. Remember, tell Ryan that he must be honest with the state because he acknowledged that the mechanic lied. In fact, Ryan said he was going to quit since your company lied to him and me as he quit his last employer due to their deceptive practices. Tell Ryan, lying to the state is a crime as he must be honest and not commit perjury when they contact him. Ryan is great (to reiterate).

Also, chargebacks will be done this weekend for the repairs that had to be done.

Thanks!

P. S. Please tell Crystal I still need that Buyer's Order (REQUEST #3 for such).

P. S. S. I will not respond to this any further as I will let the legal process take care of this dispute. You all should not maintain deceptive business practices. Shame!

UPDATE 2/1/2019 - Complaint filed with BBB. Requested Buyer's Order from Crystal - never received.

UPDATE: 1/25/19 - Per Ryan, he received my copies of the bills and is waiting on someone to decide to reimburse me. Stay tuned. …

1/28/219 - No response from dealership. Filed complaint with Ohio's State Attorney General's office regarding both vehicles.

Recently, I purchased two vehicles, an '02 Ford F150 and an '05 Toyota Avalon. The salesman, Ryan was great - exceeded all expectations.

The issue is with the dealership lying to me AND Ryan, its sales person. Both cars were "As Is, " which I understand. Both vehicles had each of its "check engine lights" on.

During negotiations, Ryan had the dealership's mechanic review the issue on both cars and mechanic disclosed to me AND Ryan directly that the code reader simply read an issue on both vehicles as an O2 sensor. THe mechanic said ONE CODE showed up and that was for the O2 sensor. Knowing the cost of such repair, I accepted the mechanic's word and purchased the vehicle, knowing the O2 sensors would need replacing.

After driving back 2 hours (we drove 2 hours there and back TWICE, for a total of 8 hours), BOTH CARS FAILED for reasons BEYOND just the O2 sensors. When I took both cars to a certified auto technician, the tech immediately pointed out that the code reader for each car read MULTIPLE codes. The F150 had failing coils and plug wires and the Avalon had a failing alternator which fried the battery.

The issue I have is that the dealership's mechanic lied to me AND the dealership's sales rep - straight to BOTH of our faces. YIKES. Ryan was great but if HE is LIED TO then what HOPE DO YOU HAVE AS A CUSTOMER?

This post is factual. I have texted the repair bills for each vehicle to Ryan, asking the dealership to take ownership of its blatant lies and reimburse me for the repairs. NO RESPONSE.

I will seek remedy through arbitration and the Better Business Bureau as well as put a chargeback on the credit cards I used for the purchases. This will force RYAN to given an honest account of the dealership's mechanic's lies when he is asked provide his feedback.

I have a copy of the bills to prove the repairs.

You HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I worked with Jerry, who was very personable and very responsive. The Hyundai I bought had several unknown/developing issues, such as a significant oil leak, four good looking but very dry-rotted tires, and the brakes were at the very end of their useful life. After three months and $1,200 in fixes and new tires, I was tired of fixing the car and wanted to return or exchange it, they offered to take it back or trade it in for 57% of what I paid for it. Although they partially fixed the oil leak (which is why I am not giving one star) it would have been fair to exchange or refund the car at the same price I paid three months ago.

UPDATE (Jan 2019) regarding the “partially fixed” oil leak. I’ll never forget Bob telling me “we fixed the oil leak”, after he had charged me $85 just to look at the car and try to “fix” the leak. Also, the car was just a week or two outside of the short power train warranty they provided. Bob, you were wrong: the car continued to leak like a sieve, so I took the car to a reputable repair shop and paid them $1,300 to properly fix the oil leak (engine and manifold seals), plus another $750 to replace all four brakes/rotors and there were two additional repairs to the lighting system that were needed. I’ve also discovered that the car was clearly in a collision and repaired very poorly on the rear hatch door. The hatch handle now shows cracks in the paint where it was cheaply caulked back onto the hatch, and the hatch had clearly been repainted (the repaired repainted area has begun to fade). We had a magnetic bumper sticker on the hatch for one week, and it caused the paint to dissipate and discolor under the magnet. There was no collision listed on the CarFax, and whoever performed the repair clearly cut several corners.

Caueveat Emptor (buyer beware)! My total REPAIR costs for this vehicle are $3,400 (so far) just to get it to a safe, drivable condition. My advice: find a very thorough mechanic or take the car to be inspected by a legitimate dealership. If the price looks too good to pass up, there is a reason. If you must buy a car from International Auto Outlet in Fairfield, Ohio, look closely at the tires, read the CarFax report carefully, and don’t let them perform any repairs in their “shop”. Best of luck!

Update 2 (Jan 2019) regarding Bob's (owner) rebuttal below. It seems that you feel the purchase price of the vehicle was so insignificant, that good customer service is not warranted. The more precise purchase price was $4,765, not $4,500.26 days after the warranty period expired (not one year as you said), I brought the vehicle to International Auto Outlet seeking your help with one major problem: the 1-quart per week oil leak (which became much worse after the first 2-3 months of driving). It went from a few drops a day to a 6-inch puddle of oil per day within the 90 day warranty period. The oil leak was very insignificant when I had the vehicle inspected, and the condition (as I explained to you) became much worse within 2-3 months. You told me the oil leak was coming from the oil-filter housing and you said "we fixed the leak". True, the oil leak was partly coming from the oil-filter housing, but you certainly did not fix the leak. The 6-inch daily puddle of oil continued under the car immediately after your attempted fix. Although I appreciate the gesture, the car was not correctly repaired and the one problem was not remedied. I paid $85 and saw no improvement to the oil leak, leaving me feeling like I got zero value for $85. Again, I brought the vehicle to you for repair only three weeks after the 90-day power-train warranty expired, not one year, as you stated. A progressively worsening, major oil-leak is not "routine maintenance", and, based on my experience, I am very much living within reality to expect any dealership to stand behind the product, and fix a problem for an upset customer with an unusable vehicle, even if the purchase price was only $4,765 plus $3400 in repairs: $8,165 is a lot of money! BTW the car was purchased 7 months ago.
