7 Arrived 45 minutes before my appointment. Was very confused as to where the receiving office was. Looked very crowded from the street.
After figuring things out, went to the receiving door, called the number as instructed, and waited for an hour.
Spoke with 3 people total, all were very professional and friendly.
Actual unloading was fast. 2 hours total time. 15 minutes unloading.
Best of all experiences of IP so far for me.
Roads to this location are 9 feet wide. This is the correct path. Come in from the West.
Overall, not bad for IP.
Appointment at 7am. Got there and the dock they use for unloading roll stock was empty. Opened doors, slid tandems, backed in, chocked wheels, went inside the cage and called the number on the wall to get someone to unload me. Waited a little bit. They came, put an air line lock on, unloaded me. Done in less than 30 minutes. 3 stars cause I tried to be friendly with the person unloading me and they literally didn't acknowledge me speaking. No need to be so grouchy.
Come at your appointment time and you will be unloaded in less than 30 minutes. They have no and I mean NO overnight parking.
Check in 8: 25 am & out 10: 40 am. FCFS.no overnight parking available
Past reviews are accurate. Roll stock received in dock on SE corner of building.
Revisit on 11/2019, was third trk in line & total time on site was 1.75hrs.
Treat Truck Drivers, a main force for their business, as animals. Bravo International Paper! Total disrespect. That location will not see our truck anymore
This place sucks, the time of the appointment are stupid at dawn, I arrived at 7 at night and my appointment was until 1 in the morning there was no truck in the dock and I asked if I could be unloaded and I He said he could not because my appointment is at 1.
