International Paper Co, Eaton OH

So very tight where I have to drop my trailer! Scrapped my back! Yard dog asked me where I placed a tag that was in a trailer. My response was that there wasn't any! He pulled my trailer out today stating he didn't put the trailers in that tight. Tacky gravel lot!

I had a live unload at dock 10. The dock worker I worked with was friendly and very efficient during the unload.

Got in door after 10 minutes of being here. Receiving guy was really nice. I was out of there in under an hour. Id come back here anytime. Great experience

Fast unloading but only 1 dock roll receiving door 10.dirty lot, no overnight parking, porta pottie restroom,

Slow to unload que is around back dirty and dusty but that's all papermills. Long story short pack a lunch it's gonna be a while

2.5 hours loading + an hour for paperwork
Sending you back and forth between 2 warehouses.

Just one receiving dock, people who unloading very slow, all the time line at least 5-6 truck

Waiting to be unloaded for over an hour completely ignored by forklift operators. The appt was set by IP and they fail to realize what happens outside the office apparently. My first and hopefully last time at this facility.
