Drove here to for the shop to be closed for Employee day. They should of had it after hours. Not during hours people needed it.

Well in the past I have always bought Interstate batteries. I bought my most recent one let's say in 12/2016 590 CCA for a Ford F150 4X4. I thought the one I was replacing was 650 CCA at any rate that battery I got in 2016 went bad last week. Go figure, a 5 YEAR battery going bad in 25 months. Their website states they are open on Saturdays from 8AM untill noon. Then another part of their website states they are closed on Saturdays. The facts are they ARE NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS. The only good part of this review that I am please to write is that they were offering to replace for free the 590 CCA battery that was bad. I just added a 12,000 lb.winch to my truck though so I needed to upgrade my battery. I thought I was getting a 650 CCA for an extra $120 out the door but it was actually an 850 CCA battery. So o er all I am a VERY HAPPY guy on the deal & the willingness of the Interstate guys working with me to not only upgrade my battery for my needs but giving me the brand new 850 for half price. I thought that was fair. I give them 3 stars due to thy he lack of update on their website making it appear they are open on Saturdays & the crappiness of a 5 year battery going bad in only 25 months, way less than half the time. Oh hope I have better luck with this one.
I have a warranty on my battery I had to get a jump in order to get there. I told the service guy that the battery was dead this morning. I was able to get a jump by a towing service. The car ran for 20 minutes before I got to interstate battery West Chester He checks the battery and tell me it's find. What he did made no common sense. Now I have to take the battery out the car bring it back to interstate in order to get another one. He was not friendly. I hope someone from interstate battery read this an reply. Poor Custer service.
