I had a very difficult move with 135 gallon aquarium and the two gentlemen that showed up had the job accomplished very quickly and professionally. Thank you so much I highly recommend!

I was very lucky and fortunate to meet Tim & Brittany, owners of Interstate Movers LLC, at the last minute. Within 2 1/2 hours, they completed my move that others left incomplete with lots of damage. Unlike the other posers, Interstate knew moving with proper care like the real professionals they are. Showing true helpful attitude, they even helped organize items the posers scattered in the destination.

I will remember Interstate a long time. I was really exhausted and frustrated before Interstate saved the day. I’ve already recommended them to a friend.

This is a great professional moving company! Brittany is amazing, sweet, friendly! They moved us from Cincinnati to Tennessee, & everything went well as promised. Tim offers alot of insight on how to make things work with your move & tell you how things are going along the way! Nothing was broken when it arrived and it was on time. Easy to communicate with. Whole house move in 3 days that would have taken me weeks to complete. Very competitive pricing, beating everyone else’s quotes. It was an out of state move and very challenging conditions. Definitely appreciated the help!

I have emails and phone screen shots of times to document my horrible experience, as well as another person. NO SHOW THREE TIMES! This company cost me three days, two hotel stays, and driving costs. I drove from out of state to meet the movers at the scheduled pick-up. About 1 1/2 hours away I called to verify status and learned that the move had been cancelled due to poor weather. (I had been driving in blue skies! I was told there had been major accidents and school busses had driven off the roads in Cincinnati due to icy conditions and their drivers' safety was first.) The person who spoke to me claimed they had sent an email and then forwarded same to me via copy and paste. I explained my concerns about already taking off work, and I would need to get back to him because I would need to verify and make multiple arrangements with a new schedule. (Other parties were also expecting their's and my arrival, and lodging, etc.). He said they would reschedule for tomorrow, with the same time frame. I was surprised and happy the arrangements would be so quick. I live in the mid-west and understand how weather can change. I would not expect anyone to endanger themselves or others by poor driving conditions. These types of things happen.
Unfortunately, what followed exhibited the poorest of business behaviors. I booked a hotel and waited for their phone call. When I finally phoned them, I was told they were not coming because I had told them, "I would not need their services. " Huh? We got into an argument. (Illogical! He was rude and kept talking over me. Multiple times I had to ask, "What can we do to move forward? " I had so many people depending on this move at this time. I knew that to schedule another mover would be 2 to 3 weeks out. In hindsight, I should have called it quits at this point.)
We scheduled for the following day, same 2 hour frame with a planned confirmation call 1 hour ahead. I booked another night at the hotel. After 8: 00 the next morning I called to confirm the drivers' would be available. Pretty sure I woke the guy up. He said they would call before they left for the destination. At 10: 35 I received a call from an Unknown Caller. (This is the single and only unknown call I received that morning. I answered and the caller immediately hung up. I returned the call via the call back response and it would not go through. At 10: 36 I phoned Interstate Movers, I left message and they failed to answer and respond to my voice mail. Because I had not received a return call, I sent an email at 10: 41. No response. I phoned them again at 11: 01 and 11: 12, again without success. I went to the destination. The party at the destination tried to phone Interstate several times. He left messages and never had his calls returned. He commented that the fact they did not have a professional voice mail nor answering service was a marker for a questionable business. All this information can be validated.
Research reveales a signifigant number of Cincinnati schools closed or had late starts on Jan 31,2023, due to the icy conditions. The Dayton weather was certainly nice later that afternoon. I was never able to validate the "interstate pile-ups" the guy claimed on the 31th, nor verify his claim that school busses slid off the road during my subsequent call on Feb 1st. I refer to him as guy, because no gentleman would treat or string anyone along the way he did. He should have stated from the start he didn't want to make the move.

The movers were professional, friendly, and efficient. They were on time, courteous, and careful with all our furniture and home furnishings. Highly recommend!
