Invisible Fence Brand, Sylvania OH

We have had invisible fence for some time for our two big dogs and love it. But when our Boxer unexpectedly passed and we got a new puppy to help fill the holes in our hearts left when we lost Izzy, we needed to make some adjustments. Corey was amazing in understand our needs had changed and our new much smaller doggie needed to not have access to the front yard. He figured out how to pitch off our existing lines to create a new improved boundary for Winnie. Rosie came out to train me with what to do with our new furbaby. She was absolutely informative and helpful with getting Winnie to practice within the boundary of the test disc. Infact Winnie listened to her better then any of us! She was so kind and I appreciated the time and patience she took as I wrote down notes to remember the process and my "homework". They both were so nice, and I could tell they wanted to make sure our new puppy was safe and successful with the fence. That meant a lot to us. I would recommend them and Electric Fence to anyone

We had a great experience with Invisible Fence! Communication and scheduling was easy. Everyone was punctual. Pricing was fair. We especially enjoyed working with Erin as our trainer. Our dog doesn't always appreciate men, so we were happy that Invisible Fence worked with us to make sure our trainer was someone that our dog trusted and responded well to. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and friendly trainers. All employees I’ve encountered have been very friendly. Our trainer Rosie has been great working with our puppy.

We have had 4 dogs using in ground Invisible Fence equipment and exceptionally skilled personnel to initial train sessions and refresher training for us with each subsequent dog. First 3 dogs were Danes and last dog a Feist. We never had an issue with containment BUT our Feist would ignore the tone and stay in the field of correction without a care. Invisible Fence had the solution and we still have this beauty at 12 years old.

Erin Reichow did an outstanding job training our two German Shepherds. Living near a high traffic bike trail we needed to rely on a string brand. So far we are satisfied with our boundary training and can use one year worth of free training!

Rosie was amazing! I have a 2 years old Great Dane that she helped train on the invisible fence. She also shared she has a Great Dane! She was so great and professional to work with. We would recommend her to anyone!

We have had invisible Fence for about 17 years, we recently lost our fur baby that was trained on it, so to fill our hearts that were hurting we got 2 puppies, called invisible Fence for another collar and training without hesitation they scheduled and came out today to begin the training our technician was Rosie. I can’t say enough how good she was with our babies and training them. Thank you Rosie and invisible Fence you got a great employee. Invisible Fence is a great company to keep your pets safe. We have had our fence for 2 years now for our first dog. He was well trained and has never had a problem escaping the yard. We recently got a new puppy and wanted to get her trained to the fence as well. Our wonderful trainer, Rosie, was knowledgeable about the training and answered any questions I had.

We got a new puppy and wanted to make sure he was safe and able to play in the yard with our first dog. Rosie our trainer was very informative and reassuring and our training went great. We, Rosie had to tweak the regular training so that we didn’t upset our first dog when she heard beeps from her little brothers collar. Rosie helped us work through this and both dogs are happy and safe and playing in the yard. Thanks Rosie and thanks invisible fence.

Rosie was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting us train our 2 year old rescued Sheltie. She notified us by text advising when she would be arriving in the allotted time slot. She also gave us clear instructions on how we were to continue the training over the next several weeks.

We are underway with our first invisible fence system. Erin was able to get us going with training session one and did a great job!

Had a wonderful experience with Invisible fence, from Kelly the sales person to Erin the trainer. I highly recommend it! Erin did an amazing job with our husky. With him being 2 years old, he is still very hyper. She had a lot of patients and worked with our dog until he understood his boundaries. Communication was great when we had to reschedule too. All in all, I highly recommend invisible fence!

Erin was wonderful with our Rescue dog who is usually very stand offish with strangers, she went right up to her and got pets! She was also very knowledgeable about the training!
