Excellent service and value! I was invited to a charity gala with only a week's notice. Ordered a new dress and when it arrived it was too long and needed hemmed. I called several places and with only four days before the event, they either couldn't squeeze me in or were going to charge a ridiculously high rate plus a rush fee. Irene's was clear and transparent, asked questions and was able to work me in. I'll be back for any future alterations!

If you want excellent customer service, good prices and a speedy turn-around, this is the place to go! I was also in a crunch for a funeral and instead of drop off and a 1-2 week wait, they did it on the spot. I was in the store for 15 minutes!

I was a fool and found a small hole in my dress the night before I was supposed to attend a wedding (as a guest). I called in the morning, Emmanuel said bring it on in, and the dress perfect and ready by noon! Thank you!

I was in a crunch to get some pants shortened for my nephew before a funeral (a day later) they took care of it in under 30 minutes. They were polite, affordable, and did a great job. I appreciate saving us in a crunch.

Always knows what to do. Had some dress shirts where the elbows ripped. Made them into great short sleeve shirts.

It was a GREAT experience. I brought in two pairs of jeans for length reductions. They were both ready in 10 minutes or so. The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend this business!

These guys are amazing! They got me in immediately when I needed alteration on my tux an hour before my brothers wedding! They even fed me pizza! Best business experience I’ve had in a very long time! 5 star service. They have earned a customer for life!

Terrible customer service. The tailor is rude and not people person. Fast sloppy work. Never step into that place.

Great place to get alterations done. I had them take in my wool dress coat and they did a fantastic job!
