Iron Pony Motorsports Superstore reviews
25Motorcycle store on steroids with every gadget, helmet, clothing and of course, motorcycles. Good prices, too
Arai corporate directed me to Matt at Iron Pony; if you need technical expertise and help fitting and choosing a new helmet go see Matt at Iron Pony you will be glad you did.
Gigantic selection of helmets, coats, pants, even heated gear. The showroom blows any other out of the water. It's an amazing place to shop for all your motorcycle gear.
Have bought 2 Indians here brand new and good overall experience. Also they have serviced these motorcycles and no problem. Until recently. Looking to upgrade cams in my challenger service quoted and PRINTED out and I was told to contact service Mgr setup install. He added 6 to 8 hours labor onto already quoted 2 hours. At 125.00 per hr.so there you go. Not exactly the way to treat good proven customers. Really like the Indian brand but I have looked elsewhere and who knows may buy again but this has soured me to the Pony.
Best selection of anything motorsports. Have been going to the pony since I was a kid and is still the #1 motorsports store for parts, bikes and gear in central Ohio. They also almost always have clearance racks on gear which is great since most motorsports merch is pretty pricy.
I've enjoyed it every time I've been up there prices are a little high but you get a great quality and product enjoy just going up and browsing the selection of vehicles that they have kids enjoy it will keep going back
I have a 1988 Honda Magna (Historical)
They knew everything about it.
It was a pleasure to talk with someone
That truly understood Motorcycles.
I have rebuilt many Bikes.
Always my #1 choice.
If they don't have it. They will tell you where to find it. Wonderful staff. Very educated in Motorcycles
Iron Pony Motorsports is the place to go for anything related to motorcycles. They have all kinds of knowledgeable employees willing and able to help you with all your needs. They also work on all kinds of motorcycles. I had tires changed last year along with brakes. GOOD JOB. I also like to go in and look around, they have a lot of apparel for all genders and ages. They have just about anything you would want. Nicest shop in the midwest.
Amazing selection of products but (excluding a few parts personnel) horrible service in sales and warranty repairs. We bought a machine from there and unfortunately it will be the last.
I purchased a helmet from here last year and the staff in the helmet dept was kinda helpful in finding the right fit for what I was looking for. I'm actually giving 4 stars because of how helpful staff were in other departments when I was just browsing. When I'm ready to purchase another motorcycle or ATV I'll come back to the pony
Very helpful staff. They have everything in stock. Just came back from a trip up the east coast and now realize how much I take Iron Pony's huge inventory for granted.
I never do reviews but this place needs some schooling on how to be loyal to their customers. I spent $130 on parts at the parts department and $120 worth of accessories at the front desk. I glanced at the sign that says $150 purchase get a free t-shirt. I showed the person at the front desk my receipt of my parts purchase and he declined a $5 t-shirt saying that the purchase has to be combined because it’s store policy. I’ll take my business elsewhere over ignorance
Ok so y’all.this is ten not even motorccycles but I still enjoyed just because there not any more stupid stupid ppl from Wlaltmert in there bcuz also not even hot run pver
Went into store to pick up parts couple weeks ago. Waited 15 minutes while employees walked around behind desk. Then order parts still not in 5 business days after the day I was told they would arrive.
Do you want to buy windshield cleaner. Or a whole bike? From motocross to heavy cruisers, they have it. Go in w/$2000, get a decent, roadworthy bike, that isn't an embarrassment to ride. Boots, jackets, pants, helmets, and RIDING COURSES are all available there. Be sure to take advantage of all of it, because if you get a bike, you need the rest. Their prices are excellent, especially in clearance. I bought my son a leather jacket for no other reason, than the fact that it was $35! The fact that it was a stiff leather for riding and road rash prevention didn't figure into it. The deals are there, and easy to find.
Well I used to like this place but come to find out that since I have an older bike they won't replace Mount and balance a pair of tires for me so I will never do business with these people again and I will take it someplace else where when I need service I can get service and those are the people that were my money for parts accessories clothing and everything else never again will Iron Pony get a dime from me
Great place kid friendly, I purchase all of my motorcycle gear from here. However the sizes are not American sizes and your visit can prove to be lengthy looking for your size. But once you find it you will love the quality of purchase. The staff us very patient and friendly as well. I love it.
Staff here is excellent. They helped me pick stuff out for my bike and even let me take stuff outside to my bike to make sure it fit. Took my bike over to the service department because there's some stuff that was either damaged in shipping or incorrectly mounted from the factory and they were super easy to deal with on that. And they were talking about their bikes too. Ended up spending a lot of money but it was worth it.
Second time I've spoke with someone and was quickly blown off. I would think that a motorcycle store would want to sell their parts. First it was road pegs (which broke the same day that they were put on) and second time was told to call NAPA for replacement bulb socket. I enjoy this store as long as I stay away from the parts department.
They've really grown their motorcycle sales division and theres about 100 bikes more than they used to have to sit on and try out for size and fit. The new showrooms look great, and all the sales folks have always been friendly and pretty knowledgeable.
