Emily Tirpack was extremely thorough, kind and listened to our wants and needs in a home. She was available when needed with our weird schedule and with her we found the perfect home for us! She made our first time home buying experience better than expected. It was a privilege to have her during this process!

Worked with Rachelle Hoyt as the leasing realtor. Property was adequate, though kitchen is tiny and house is expensive to heat and cool.
Throughout the process communications were difficult. Information stated was not accurate or followed through on in a timely manner. In the end she refused to take ownership for discrepancies between what she said and what the property owner agreed to. Her mistakes caused great hardship on our family and over $1000 in extra expenses.

This is our third home transaction with Rhonda Chambal, and she was as amazing as ever. I always recommend Rhonda to other people. She works hard and gets the job done efficiently. She is always willing to answer questions or tofind the answer. I highly recommend Rhonda.
