Ironton Vision Center Inc.

I have went here since I was a child so continued to do so as an adult. However since the son took over, the whole staff has been completely rude and unprofessional. I went there 2 times alone and I was shocked at how they treated me. Thinking they were just having an off day or maybe it was me, I took my daughter and ended up walking out in the middle. These people DO NOT deserve your business!

I love the Ironton Vision Center, Dr. Stephen Milleson and his staff are great at their jobs and they are the friendliest. I recommend them to anyone looking for great Vision care.

This place has sucked since they brought the new Dr in. I miss what it used to be. I’ve been going here since I was two and i’ve only had bad experiences since Milleson started working there.

Worst experience. Don’t recommend.
Took both my kids, the dr pushed my daughters head against the machine & the lady who fits the glasses kept telling my daughter how she had “no nose” and no bridge. Wouldn’t let her actually pick which glasses she was comfortable with & had the worst attitude. My 7 year old left crying begging to never go back, took my son the same lady ordered the wrong frame color I told her about it and she said “well you get black” my son ordered blue. Now can’t get another pair for a year due to insurance.
