SACMMERS!
I called to get a quote for a portable mic and speaker ($194.04), but there are hidden fees that they do not tell you over the phone. When we got to the location my card was charged twice. Once for the original amount of $194.04 and an additional $1,940.04. I explained that I was never told about any additional money needed and when I spoke with Nico from sales and Nicole from accounting, I was told that the $1,940.04 was the deposit and it’s only a “pre-authorization” and it would fall off in a few day. LIES! They charged me the full amount of $194.04 plus the $1,940.04. Bad business all around!
