Terrible customer service, does not return phone calls. Service department does not return phone calls.

Service department was very rude. They didn't want to accept my bike bcuz I had work done on it at johnny k's. First off they never asked what I had done to my bike. Which was an oil change and fuel injection kit installed. Their mechanics were not skilled enough to find out why it was misfiring so I need to take it somewhere else. Then he going to say my bike is too old.it's a 2011 with 12,000miles. But it was the rudeness for me.

Needed a jet ski last minute and went to both locations to find one. No one had any clue about a jet ski that was on their showroom floor. Lost a sale because no one was in a hurry or wanting to make it happen.

I had a fantastic experience with J&J Sales. Hunter was my Salesman and did an outstanding job. Kathy in the Finance Department was also awesome! Thanks again and you will have a repeat customer in the future!

He communicated well and always got back with me over email.he answered all my questions and was very informative and patient with me considering I have never purchased any type of ORV before. They, just like most places, are suffering greatly from supply chain issues.you cannot fault them for manufacturers not making enough products. I would recommend them to anybody! Great experience from start to finish. Purchased 2023 CanAm Renegade 650. Called Monday quad was still in the crate. They had it assembled and ready for pickup in 2 days. A handful of other dealers i reached out to hadn't even yet replied to my initial inquiries. Ryan in sales was great to deal with. He replied instantly to my emails and answered all my questions. When I picked up the quad I was in and out quickly. The entire process was seamless. Machine runs like a dream! I give Ryan and J&J Sales my highest recommendation.

Great experience here from start to finish. Ryan was very straightforward with the deal and the dealership itself doesn't overcharge all those ridiculous fees that many seem to think they can get away with still. We made a 2.5 hour drive down here from Michigan and it was definitely worth the drive. Hunter was also very helpful finishing the final paperwork for the deal.
