We reserved a guaranteed U-Haul, drove 30 minutes, no U-Haul. Woman inside said that we did it online so it was basically our problem. Called Dave - he offered us a different option and said he’d be out to help on less than five minutes. That never happened. Ugh. I would never rent from them.

Food was good. Some of the staff was not very friendly. I would go back to thats for sure.

Friendly and prompt service. I love the name it is sort of a pit stop in the middle of nowhere. They have fuel, scales station, convenience items, food carry out, and ice cream products.

Rented a uhaul trailer from here and was charged for 2 day rental when I only had The trailer for 6 hours.
