Love Dr Jaax! She's so compassionate and kind. I love her knowledge on cats. I highly recommend Dr. Jaax and staff.

Dr Jaax is the best.princess was in need of dental work. I didn’t know what was wrong. She wasn’t eating. Dr Jaax scheduled the dental in four days and gave Princess a long acting pain med.she scarfed food ravenously as soon as we got home. I am so blessed to have Dr. Jaax as my vet.

Great experience. My cat was having issues with biting his tail constantly, and I’ve had to keep him in a cone, trying several medications. Took him to Jaax for a 2nd opinion, and they were able to identify the root cause and come up with a solution. The vet took their time with my cat, and were very knowledgeable. She explained everything to me thoroughly and I felt very confident in her diagnosis and recommendation. I will be bringing my cat here from now on!

We can not say enough GOOD things about Dr. Jaax and her staff! They are one of the only veterinary hospitals in the greater Cincinnati area to see stray/feral cats. Her wealth of knowledge and caring is unsurpassed. Our sweet outside cat suddenly stopped being able to use his hind legs. We were heartbroken and frantic to get him help. Dr. Jaax and her staff went out of there way to see him when they heard what was going on. NOT ONLY were they able to get him in on short notice…BUT ALSO this is while their building was being worked on by their landlord AND Dr. Jaax was recovering from Covid! They took our big fluffy kitty, Cobweb, in like he was their own and provided exceptional care —and we will NEVER be able to thank them enough!

Dr. Jaax may just be the most thorough veterinarian on the planet. This work isn’t just a job for her, she truly eats, sleeps, and breathes veterinary medicine. When she is unfamiliar with something, she will do a ton of research on her own until she has a super good idea of what may be going on. A lot of doctors have more pride than knowledge and that doesn’t get anyone very far! My cat has been a medical anomaly and went to multiple doctors/specialists etc.before visiting Dr. Jaax & she is the only one who took the time and energy to really figure out what was going on and has him feeling better for the first time in months. Her expertise and extremely caring persona are one-of-a-kind! She quickly becomes a friend, too!

Her second Saturday clinic is great to keep or get your pet's vaccinations. Very nice price

Dr. Jaax is amazing. She took great care of my dog. Roxi looked forward to going to the vet. Easy to get an appointment and friendly staff.

I had my first visit with my cat Lucy yesterday and had a great experience. Lucy peed in her carrier and the staff washed it out and put a new pee pad inside. Dr. Jaax was very sweet and took her time examining in a way that was gentle and didn’t further stress out Lucy. I couldn’t be happier with how the visit went!

Dr. Jaax is a wonderful, skilled doctor to trust with your pets medical care. I took my kitty R (adopted next door at The Scratching Post!) to her after an accident caused a fracture in her leg. Dr. Jaax has gone above and beyond every step of the way since the initial visit to make sure my cat gets the best care and attention, and making R comfortable with her. She is communicative in a clear and genuinely empathetic way to owners, and is incredibly dedicated to taking excellent care of animals. Has been above my expectation in every way since I brought R to her, and I could not be happier with my experience.

I've been seeing Dr. Jaax for fifteen years. I followed her from her previous practice to her current one. You will not find another vet who is more skilled and compassionate. Even more special, though, is how considerate and flexible she is about finding ways to meet her client's needs. She's a real one.
