8I called to setup an appointment and got 1 that day after work. I thought it would take a while but I got right in and my taxes were done in no time at all. So I would go back to Jackson Hewitt next year to get my taxes done next year.
I felt very confident that my accountant was very in tune with my needs and work hard to achieve my financial goals. She took her job very seriously and got my tax papers done so fast it took only a week to receive my money. I will definitely see her again next year. She was the greatest! Thanks Donna

Kristen was sooooo helpful. I was in a panic because the lady who did my taxes for 7 years no longer was in business. I called made the appointment and Kristen did an amazing job. I was in and out. She was very polite and professional! I even sent my mother to her!
Not satisfied at all. I've not gotten my tax refund after six weeks. I've called the office several times and not gotten a response. Horrible.
