Amazing place to go when you need your taxes done they got my maximum refund amount for me 2 years in a row now with no problems and they give you a 500 or more advance that day when you leave the office it’s great I recommend going to the Garfield Heights location and go see Vanessa she’ll get you together

Burrell Gipson -Tax Rep WAS VERY RUDE. Avoid this place or at the very least avoid him. As someone who is new to Ohio, I didnt know anything about "RITA TAXES" that need to be paid separately. You would think this guy would tell me, nope! I paid their high end package, over $300 to do my taxes since I have complex fillings such as 1099's, investment properties, my own business and more.and I got a $20 service. There were things I didnt understand and when I asked him what he means by that, he got upset, impatient and said with an attitude "Ok, I need you to pay very closely attention to me! ". He was very lucky I didn't hit him as I was within seconds of just going off on him. The IRS and RITA contacted me about 5 months later after I filed with Jackson hewitt saying I didnt pay my RITA taxes and that I'm past due. Dont go to any Jackson Hewitt if you have complicated taxes like me. You need to find your own specialized tax consultant.
