Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Mayfield Heights OH

I will never trust google again to insert them selves into a company that they don't know nothing helpful about. I will never go to Jackson Hewitt because they don't know how to honor apts booked if there even open at that location or their hours.their customers service was also not helpful after waiting on hold for a hr while standing in the middle of Wal-Mart after booking online and no one was there in their tiny curtained desk in the middle of an isle. Then telling to go completely across town (at rush hr after 2 hrs after my apt time) because they didn't know why no one was there. Then hung up when I said that didn't work for me. Maybe beacause it was a temporary store location that has closed already for the season on the last day of the tax season. That makes sense. Then a store was able to squeeze me in they were wonderful to do so the lady's there was trying hard to help everyone they could. But then it was super expensive but after 4 hrs dealing with it I couldn't even get any discount for any of the inconvenience of it. Custmor service never called me back.
