Jackson Well Services, Bellville OH

I appreciate the quick response now on 2 separate properties. They have fixed well casing at one home and pressure tank issues at another. I would highly recommend calling then for any water related services. I run a business so it nice when I meet another honest business.

Refurb a well using acid cleanout method and dug another 100 feet and the well is like new again. Replaced pump and pressure tank all for a reasonable price and got it done in a timely manner. Very nice and easy to work with.

We had a problem with our well water and Mike came out and did a great job. Very professional and he knew what he was doing. Fixed the problem in one trip. I’d highly recommend.

It’s NEVER convenient to be without water and over the weekend to top it off! Unless, you call Jackson Well Services! Also, I’d like to give a specific shoutout to Chase Jackson. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and able to fix our issue in a timely manner. He clearly cares about his customers and provides exceptional service. On a side note, this company installed our well and our softener too. All jobs have been handled impeccably and I highly recommend Jackson Well Services!

Many may have some bad to say but after trying 3 different services for months and getting turned down jackson saved our day. They was very respectful and considerate they seen a family with a problem and was very quick to act i definitely give them 10/10 would recommend them to anyone thank you chase jackson for all your help your team is amazing

Absolutely amazing company, after having issues with other well services we called Jackson. Chase Jackson came out and diagnosed our issue in 10 minutes. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to dealing with this company in the future.

Our pump got struck by lightning in yesterday’s thunderstorm. We called Jackson’s after hours. Chase Jackson said he’d be right over to get us water. Within 3 hours, they had the damaged pump out and a new one in the ground. Very grateful for their quick response, professional service, and most of all, running water. I would highly recommend.

Buyer beware! Terrible terrible service! We’ve been in our home for 2 weeks now and still do not have usable water! They way under quotes us on our well told us they would work with us on cost and absolutely did not. They left huge ruts in my yard which they never fixed as well as never filled the trenching they dug. Originally told us we didn’t need a softener our water was fine then we move into cloudy water that smells to high heavens. Get some sales guy out to sell us a $2700 softener to “fix” it. They sent out the most unfriendly man to install who complained saying this was a fit in job not an appointment when I asked him when to expect him here. He never turned off our heating element when he drained our hot water tank which mess up our brand new hot water tank since this was a brand new house which was not covered by warranty because they messed with it and they won’t take any responsibility for that. They didn’t complete work we were supposedly quoted for and the man who quoted us refused to write anything down because “I’ll remember it I’ve been doing this for many years” which I’m now learning is because he wanted to say we never included that. They left us with worse water than we started with and no instructions on what to do with it. Over a week of calling and still no clear response has been made but they were quick to send a bill! Now the softener who is a side of the company but apparently according to them not the well part is saying it’s a well issue. This has been a nightmare and still many unanswered phone calls and still unusable water! Do NOT use them no matter how cheap they are it will cost you in the long.

Unbelievable service! Glad to see this type of professionalism around. Everything was done correctly and efficiently. We had no water in our house. We called them right when it happened and they got an employee out with in the next hour or so. The employees were friendly and hard workers. We Will definitely be using Jackson’s again in the future, and for sure going to be referring them to everyone I know looking for water treatment.

Well was frozen.came out at 9 pm. Built a tent around well and forced heat down the well until it thawed. Back in water that day!
