We were traveling from Canada to Florida when we experienced issues with a new EV vehicle. We stopped into Jaguar Dayton seeking assistance. So glad that we did! The compassion and courtesy shown to us by multiple members of the sales and service staff at this dealership were a very welcome reprieve. Our trip would have likely been cancelled, if not for Justin Gonzalez. He went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service, and is still in contact with us to help resolve the issues we were experiencing. Kudos to him and the other team members for turning an extremely unsatisfactory situation into a manageable one. Would very highly recommend this dealership!
I needed to get a key reprogramed for my 2016 F-type R Jaguar. Got there at 8AM, checked me in immediately. They told me it would be about an hour, so I went to breakfast. Went back to the dealership the car was ready and they cleaned it inside and out. Good service! Very professional! They did everything the said and more! I will go back!
