Service staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and take the time to understand you and your Jaguar vehicle. All work to be performed was discussed up front. Work was delivered on time and according to the quote.

I waited on my vehicle and it was done in a timely manner. They also informed me of the routine maintenance that needed done also. Not only did they wash my vehicle, they also vacuumed it out.

We were traveling from Canada to Florida when we experienced issues with a new EV vehicle. We stopped into Jaguar Dayton seeking assistance. So glad that we did! The compassion and courtesy shown to us by multiple members of the sales and service staff at this dealership were a very welcome reprieve. Our trip would have likely been cancelled, if not for Justin Gonzalez. He went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service, and is still in contact with us to help resolve the issues we were experiencing. I needed to get a key reprogramed for my 2016 F-type R Jaguar. Got there at 8AM, checked me in immediately. They told me it would be about an hour, so I went to breakfast. Went back to the dealership the car was ready and they cleaned it inside and out. Good service! Very professional! They did everything the said and more! I will go back!
