This is our first Jag and was our first experience with Jaguar Easton. It was exceptional. Anthony Akrouche was fantastic from the beginning! He anticipated our needs without being pushy. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. I would definitely recommend working with him. You won’t be disappointed! The finance director, Mike O’Brien, was also great! He was knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Thanks to you both! Very happy!

We purchased our first Jaguar from this location. We also had to have out of state plates for our car. Anthony worked great for us and got all the necessary items for the out of state purchase. A few months later our e-brake malfunctioned but were leaving to head out of town. He arranged the service team to take our car in the next morning and fixed it within hours.

Great staff at this location. We couldn't be any happier with our new jaguar.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle remotely, site unseen, and they made my experience a 1000 more pleasurable than walking into a dealership and buying a car. The process was seamless. Anthony and the finance manager of this branch, were extremely professional, answered all my questions, emails and 100’s of phone calls without ever sounding frustrated or annoyed. I received the car & to my surprise the vehicle actually looked better than pictures or videos. It was literally like brand new! I can’t be more excited to finally be in my dream vehicle! Let me just say, if I ever need another vehicle, granted I am out of state, I will first look at their inventory! And the price was definitely right! Thank you so much for everything! So so happy!

This place is an absolute disaster they have had our Land Rover two times for a total of one year three months in the last year and a half. Still cannot figure out the problem. No callbacks no communication this is completely unacceptable. I would never guess this kind of service out of such a high-end dealership maybe it’s time to switch back to Ford or Chevy

Blown away by the car buying experience here! Hands down, the best car shopping experience I have ever had! After reading some of the reviews, I really cannot associate with any of the negative ones because my experience was so spectacular.

I worked with Anthony Akrouche, a true gentleman and consummate professional. I had attended a charity fund raising event being hosted at their dealership a few weeks earlier and had never even considered a Jaguar. I met Anthony and he piqued my interest which made me fall in love with a specific car. Of course, I immediate went out and started searching for one and just couldn't find "the one. " Based on my prior experiences at other dealerships, I was used to not hearing back from people.
Then, out of the blue, Anthony surprised me with a text message with a picture of the car which was the exact spec I was looking for. No other dealer I worked with had even followed up with me.

The entire process was seamless and I never felt the pressure to buy. I hate being "sold" and no one "sold" me.they all simply helped me make the purchase. They gave me a deal I simply could not refuse and a trade in value that blew others away.

Adrian, handled my financing and again, didn't "sell" me on all the extra things many people had tried to unload on me in the past at other places. Although the car was certified, they noticed the a few things that could be replaced for me to improve the car and informed me they would be replacing those items for me at no charge - I didn't have to ask!

After making the purchase, Quintin helped me understand the tech in the car which I would have never figured out myself and even walked me through setting up the app.

Thank you to Anthony, Adrian, Quintin and the entire team at Jaguar Easton for raising the bar and expectations for future purchases. I will certainly be back and hopefully, my review will help negate the people out there that complain because they weren't told what they wanted to hear. That exact honesty, in my opinion, is the definition of true professionalism!

I now own two Jaguars and this by far is the worst dealership. They got a wire transfer from me for sight unseen and when I arrived I was handed my keys and they couldn't get rid of me fast enough. I also traveled a little over 3 hrs for my 18 f pace and I felt I should have been treated better. Not to mention after driving off the lot the car had an issue and I had to return to the dealership. They did NOT fix the car and sent me on my way for a 3 hr plus trip back home.
I had to call my local dealership which is an hr away to get the car fixed. Jaguar of Easton tried denying the issue when several there knew of the problem because it appeared on the car dash. They only cleared the dash. Thank god for Jaguar of South Hills in Washington PA. I couldn't have asked to have been treated any better than how they are at South Hills. I do not recommend Jaguar of Easton. I'm a a proud Jaguar owner just not with this dealership and their lack of concern or respect.
