I can't say anything about the actual attorney because I did not get farther than the receptionist. I had spoken to an attorney in a different County and was told to call somebody in Troy in case I was wrongfully accused of something. When I called James T Bouglet Law Offices I spoke with the receptionist who was extremely rude. I tried to explain that I had an odd situation and I had been told by a different office to call someone in Troy to see what my options might be. She accused me of trying to get free advice & said I was calling the wrong place for that but if I wanted to hire this man she'd be more than happy to put me through to him. I ended up telling her that I was going to call somebody else because she was extremely rude and I hung up. Just by talking to the receptionist Porsche, I would not be very inclined to work with this firm.
Called for a legal issue and the secretary was very very very rood and hung up on me for no reason
Jim is a terrific attorney. I have nothing but respect for him. Everything else is a no comment.
He is a very good criminal lawyer, this town needs more lawyers like him in and know the field they are in.
Nice man. Not saying he's good or bad.just be careful. I was before the court on bogus charges. He delivered the prosecution's multiple attempts to get me to admit / give in to SOMETHING. ANYTHING. A messenger, that was his role. Had I not stuck to my guns to force a jury trial, I'd still be paying on those bogus charges. CASE DISMISSED!
He always did what we needed him to do for us. He is a little but pricey but you get what you pay for! Very good and professional. I recommend Boulger on any criminal charges if you need a lawyer to help you.
