Jamie Farr Park reviews
11Not the park I grew up playing in. Drug paranfenelia on the kids playground. Trash in the park. Mad that the city tore down the trees where the walking trail use to be along the water. And for what to add decontaminate dirt that the poor north enders had to smell which I imagine was harmful. And the residents that live along the park didn't get a say so. Smh
Nice little city Park with rec building, playground, walking trail. View of the Maumee River. Nice plaque with dedication to actor Jamie Farr of MASH fame.
The pool is shallow and not very well tended. The smell was awful.
The pool was OK for about an hour to cool off on a hot day!
My family gathered in Toledo, at Jamie Farr Park for some Food & Fellowship. We had a great time! The children had access to the playground, we played volleyball and kick ball. It really would have been great if the pool was open.
The only problem was.there were families sitting in our area - we had to call the police, because they refused to leave, even after we showed them our receipt to verify that we paid to reserve the pavilion. The police came promptly. W3e showed our receipt, and we were able to continue with the celebration of our family!
Great park all around! Especially if you're an 80's child, have good swings and a metal slide!
I look out at this park every day, it's a nice place to walk and get exercise. I only wish it looked like it used to when you could see the Maumee river from every spot in the park.
Beautiful patch of paradise. Has great views of the water, a long jogging path, and big open skies.
A very nice park honoring Jamie Farr. The area near the sign was quite overgrown, though, and the grass was very high.
Nice place to walk but local council need to collect trash with dozens of Nerf gun ammo and trash scattered throughout
We sent here specifically because it was in honor of Jamie Farr. Nothing spectacular about this park but it has a lot of room. Probably good for the local families.
