Jamiesons' Audio/Video, Toledo OH

Just bought an av receiver from them. They are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have.

Didn't buy anything.yet. The knowledge is very impressive. Prices are in line with other high-end electronics providers, but with a hometown touch.

I have purchased so much from this store over the years. Sales people and the owner are always so friendly and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong buying from this store.

David Jamieson runs the best audiovisual store that I have ever been. I am always very very happy with the technicians he sends out. They explain everything well and David also is a plethora of knowledge. I have learned not to shop around because the purchase includes years of experience and knowledge.

Visited them for the first time last evening and worked with Kevin to get several new home stereo components.

The store is extremely clean and well organized, and it is a very nice place to spend some time in (tons of high-end systems on display). Others have already uploaded several great pictures of their showrooms.

Kevin was extremely helpful with answering questions I had, and I quickly gained complete confidence in his knowledge on all things audio. Along with that, I sensed zero upsell pressure. One does not experience this level of service/expertise on the regular, and it was very refreshing. Usually, I know exactly what I am about to buy, but in this situation I did not, and a person like Kevin is exactly what you need in that sort of situation where you need something particular and you need it asap. Everything I needed was in stock and loaded into my vehicle for me without even having to ask.

While I don't expect to need any further equipment anytime soon, I know this place would be a treat to visit again and spend more time in. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-end audio/video equipment.

Jamiesons' Audio/Video is an amazing business. Their in-store display of tv's covers most models, from 40" to 85". The staff is very knowledgeable about stereo equipment, speakers, and quality televisions. Their delivery and set up employees are well-trained and very helpful.

Toledo Ohio's place to go for high end stereo! This place has all the toys. They will even help design a home theater for a new home build! They will spend the time to foster that new relationship even if you are not ready to buy that day. Great guys, super friendly to me and my son.

I purchased a 15” Klipsch subwoofer from them a couple years ago. It stopped working and I brought it in to see if I might be doing something wrong. They ran some tests and determined something was wrong with the speaker. The owner of the company came out and said he had a very good relationship with Klipsch and would take care of it for me. They kept in good contact with me on the status of the repair and fixed it as good as new.
I know you can order things online and even find some of the products they sell in box stores, however you will not get the level of treatment I received at Jamieson’s. The price I paid for the speaker was the same price I could have ordered it online, but I never knew I was going to get the support and professionalism for no additional charge. Service was everything in this situation.
If I had purchased it online, I would have a nearly 70 lb broken speaker and not a clue of what to do or how to fix it.
