I'm getting ready to move here and the leasing manager Zach Ullom has gone above and beyond to help answer my questions and assist with my application. I'm very much looking forward to moving here and joining this wonderful neighborhood.

They aren't the newest buildings, but that's just about the only complaint I have had in my year and a half here. Especially since Harbor took over, maintenance is responsive and efficient - the maintenance guys have always been great, but things are clearly much more organized now. This is a nice little community where you can be as connected or as isolated as you want to be. It has all kinds of people, lots of stray cats, and the absolute best street tacos literally at the end of the street.

The BEST part of living here, in my opinion, boils down to the property manager, Zach. He's been in charge since I moved in and he is incredibly good at his job; he always responds faster than expected, communicates clearly and directly, and will go out of his way to help resolve any situation calmly, kindly, and with genuine goodwill for the people around him.
