Warning. Do not buy from this place.sent me wrong product i called the day I had the package.customer service said warehouse handles this.call everyday 3 days in a row same store still haven’t heard back from them. I’m assuming I won’t be refunded.you would think warehouse or customer service would handle mistake orders right away not this place

*Caution: Do not take care of their customers*
I really did want to love this store as I work locally. Came into the store today to return a bad spool of line with the receipt that was purchased in-store a week ago. The employee was polite but declined to accept my return because I had used less than 4 ft of the spool for leader line even though it was within their 30 day return period. The spool was defective and I broke off my lure 6 times in 20 minutes while using it for a leader. Of course I tried to use the line, that's what I bought it for. After explaining that they sold me a bad product the store still refused to stand by their product and offer me a return. The only recourse offered was to come back to the store again the next day to talk to the manager. The value of the return is not worth my time and gas money to spend another lunch hour coming in for what should have been handled in the first visit. I told the employee that I was never doing business with them again, left the items that I was going to purchase (which were more expensive then my return) and walked out. Now I am stuck with a useless spool of line, $15 less in my pocket, and another store that cares more about a dollar than their customers.

Longtime Netcraft customer going back into the 1960's. My friend and I would have $5 each to spend and we would pour over the catalog like GM's on a salary cap to maximize our funds! Haha

Look forward to getting the catalog every December.

I had several issues with my order and my concerns were delayed at first. I edited my negative review based on the employee that called me to troubleshoot my one issue. Also the customer service manager stepped up and made my other issues right. Once she realized I was not trying to be difficult and just wanted to hear back she was 100% on my order and more attentive then 99% of business today. I run a large company and have many customer service employees. While it took a little to get the wheels greased Jann's kept their good name in my book. In the end A + for Shania for understanding I was not trying to be difficult just share my experience and get it back on track. Thank you to Devin as well for the support! Issues arise in any business no one is perfect no matter how big or small the concern, it is how you remedy issues that leaves the lasting impression. Well Done!

Placed a order $215.00 in lure equipment there was no informationwhen purchasingon itmes that were on back order. Order on 2/14/22 has not shipped with in the stated 5-7 days along with no emails confirmation of estimated shipping dates. Here it is almost 10 days with no information nor a reply on follow up that I sent asking about a status update.

Placed an order with standard shipping which was expensive to begin with, products never showed after 7 days. Contacted Netcraft was told to wait a few more days and so I did. Contacted them again as the tracking status never changed. They contacted fedex and after three more days they said they would send a new package via “express”. Express two days? Nope, another 5 day wait. They want me to send the first package back if I end up getting it! Personally I have never had luck with fedex but they won’t ship any other way. Shipping delay not necessarily their fault but how they handled it was. I won’t do business here until they change their delivery service or give options.

I would not recommend this company for anything if you have a return you're going to have to pay for the return and be out money well they make money off of that product I would not suggest this company to anybody return policy is ridiculous

Amazing selection, but I ordered $200 worth of lunch tying materials and I have a 1 month estimated arrival and it’s going from Ohio to Illinois and that’s it AND half the items are back ordered and so who knows when I’ll actually receive those items. The prices are good and so is the selection (hence the 2 stars and not only 1 star), but shipping is absolutely atrocious. So long of a waiting period and it’s only coming from 2 states over.

A great place for fishing equipment and repairing your fishing poles, and making lures. And there's so many stuff that they do there's not enough room to say, so look them up.

Jann's has been my go to for fishing supplies for over two decades, weather I'm building a rod for a gift or myself, or just want the latest tackle, just a couple clicks and it's at my house in a day or two, and as always priced to sell, Thank you for keeping me in the fish.

Prices are steep compared to Hagens. The one worker recommended me a wrong product and it ruined all of the 100s of lures I made

I’ve always had good luck with jans netcraft. However this perch season I bought one of their store branded perch poles. It worked pretty good the first two times I used it. But the third time I was out I hooked a catfish and it literally snapped the pole in half. When I took it back I was told they only had a thirty day warranty. Don’t waste your money on the netcraft rods.

AWESOME! I've only ever placed a couple orders but ive always had a great experience. I use standard shipping and ive always received my order within two day. Jig making has been a great way for me to bond with my 3 sons and to spend some time outdoors, also Barb who answers the phone is the absolute best!

They Charge premium shipping rates and ship the cheapest possible way. Plan on double or triple time to get your stuff. Ive ordered stuff from China and got it quicker.
