19I normally deal with Michelle M but she was off work that day so the manager Angie took care of me and on my recent visit. I am a returning customer and would recommend Jared to anybody their selection is amazing their service is great they even have a repair shop and even offer special financing
First I want to start off by saying Kim did an amazing job making our first visit great! She was extremely knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy about making a purchase. She set up a time for us to come back with her and Tom (who also was knowledgeable and helpful) and they were able to help us get a plan going! I am very excited to continue with working with them! Thank you Kim and Tom!
Very nice, friendly associate. Answered all my questions and concerns about my two rings I took in.
I went to two other Jared’s and they both told me they couldn’t accommodate what I needed. From the moment I walked in, Michelle (asst.manager) was amazing to work with. She made the process quick and easy and was able to do what I was told by others was not possible. Not only was she accommodating and kind but, also fast and efficient. Thank you so much Jared’s in North Canton! Life saver for my wedding!

After having a hard time at another jeweler we came to Jared. Matt went above and beyond to provide amazing service and assistance in helping us find the perfect engagement ring! He even went an extra step and was able to get my ring sized immediately! This place has amazing service, staff and products! I would recommend this place to every couple looking to get married!
Mat (Jewelry Specialist) was so kind and very patient with my 80 year old mother who brought in multiple gems for resizing and repair. She was scared to leave these precious items and he explained exactly how the store would take care of them. Even my teenage daughter commented to me how nice he was to her. Thank you for taking such care of my mom!
Decent people. Horrible company. After spending $8000 I get a two day notice that they are ending the layaway program. I had two days to either pay off my item or loss it. End of the day they will do whatever they want and You don’t matter.
Matt at Jared’s is absolutely wonderful! He was super kind and helpful while we shopped, and he was great at making conversation and meeting our needs. Matt is the best!

Just terrible here anymore. They don't guarantee there work for custom jewelry, even with their extended service plan. Took a necklace in to get inspected, got an email saying a ring was inspected. No attention to detail, and deceitful with their service plans and warranties.
I'm not even sure where to start. The worst experience (s).
My now Fiance, and I were recommended to Jared by a good friend of ours. We went to look at engagement rings on June at first we felt very well taken care of. We were interested in learning more about the credit card, as I was in the process of rebuilding my credit, especially so we could buy a house. I was honest with the two ladies we talked to and also offered my worries about applying for credit, as I didn't want to harm my credit. They had told us it was $0 interest for a year. How could I not say no to that. They told us they would save us the diamond we wanted if we could put $100 down that day. We ended up putting money down that week but they couldn't "find the diamond we loved that they said they would save for us.
We get our first bill, and I had a report on my credit that it dropped 50+ points. They had added something AFTER, that put the total balance they had told us OVER my credit limit. Then I noticed at $50+ dollar charge on my statement. Here is was INTEREST, which they had told us was interest free the first year. Furious and betrayed, I went into the store. The GM was kind enough to fix the overage over my credit limit but said she could not fix the apr, even though it was her employees who told us the wrong info. I had even asked to return my ring, but i was over the time to do so apparently.
Our Second Visit, was this past weekend to look at Wedding Bands. We wanted to try to give them a second chance, since they tried to fix some of the problem the first time. Right when I walked in, one of the ladies who was dishonest with us the first time was there to help. I wanted to see how our experience would be with her this time. Right away, she acted like she remembered me by pointing out my rose gold ring (its yellow gold, and remembered my last name (which was wrong) everything she tried to connect with us about was wrong and just felt played out and not intimate for this special occasion in our lives. She didn't take the time to ask me questions, or show me rings.
The unbelievable part.she said that since my credit limit is almost maxed we would have to open an account in my fiance's name. WHAT! To assume that we wanted to pay credit is so insulting. I felt like she judged us, and assumed that would be what we would do. The fact, I had more than enough money to pay cash. We were going to pay cash if we had a good experienced and loved something.
She had to end with.if you buy today I can give you $100 off. No thank you. The service heart was missing, the care, commitment to making happy customers.
The gold plating on the ring is terrible.some sections of it isn't even plated and you can clearly tell. My biggest regret was buying my ring from Jared.
I have worked with this Jared's team twice in the past few years. More recently I worked with Tom and he was incredibly helpfully. I needed to have a stone from a ring moved to a necklace. The Jared's team was quick yet careful with my pieces which is always greatly appreciated.
After receiving my engagement ring that my husband purchased from here I’ve been in plenty of times including buying wedding bands. They are very friendly and recognize me every time I go lol. They are always there to assist you in a timely manner and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Tom and Matt go above and beyond for the costumer. Wasn't even expecting to buy that day but I did! They put the costumer first and make you feel at ease. If I ever get married a second time I will get another ring through them.
Today was treated with disregard and felt talked down to and dismissed, not sure i will ever return
Every staff member I have had the pleasure of working with in this store has been absolutely wonderful. In my most recent scenario, an accident occured which caused my wife's wedding ring to be unable to be repaired, but Mat preformed what I consider to be a miracle and was able to replace it.

I shopped at this location and sales rep. Jackie was really nice and pleasant and the store manager Angie was so welcoming and pleasant. Jackie was very patient and helpful with looking items up for me and I appreciated and valued her professional suggestions. Angie offered beverages upon my arrival and additional input with my jewelry decisions and made sure I left the store very happy with my purchases. Jackie and Angie pleasantries and patience made the 45 minute drive totally worth my visit to their location and I look forward to returning real soon.
