Filled out a form for a call back. I received one on a Saturday from Dana. We spoke for some time, with me answering questions. She indicated I would receive a call back on Monday after she reviewed with an attorney. No call received. I called on Tuesday and she was to call on Wednesday. No call received. I wouldn't bother with them if you have to chase them for a call back. Very poor customer service from a potential new client who really needs help.

I attended the seminar Tim Jarvis conducted and it was very informative. I then had a follow up meeting with Katie Huffman and she explained the consultation and review process and took copies of all my documents and accounts. Next, I had a complimentary hour with Adam Huffman, JD. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. Based on what I had in place already they told me everything was in order and I didn’t need any further legal services at the present time. They didn’t try to “sell” me anything I didn’t need just to make money. I told them I really appreciated that and would recommend them to friends based on that fact alone. While I was skeptical about anything advertised on Facebook, I took a chance and attending the webinar with Tim Jarvis. Tim's presentation was very compelling, honest and informative. I immediately took advantage of the offer and scheduled a no cost no strings attached session at the local office. The process was detailed and explained what they do and the steps needed. Again, impressed with the details provided I gave them a retainer whereby they began work on my particular case. A couple weeks later we went in to review what was presented and were very pleased with the attention to detail and the value provided. I felt like this was a really off business and they wanted me to pay a retainer without even having met the attorney I would work with for preparing a trust.

I don’t think this is the kind of people I want to do business with. It felt very shark salesman / used car sales to me rather than a professional attorney based conversation. Probably because after spending a significant amount of time repeating the same information in phone calls, on paper, and meeting with a sales person not an expert; that’s what you get.

The Jarvis team was excellent to work with from intake through to signing. I felt they cared about me and my kids, paid attention to details and I never felt pressured
