Restaurant Jason's Deli reviews
20Food is pretty good and for a good price. The soft serve ice cream is the BEST. Service is usually good. Food can sometimes be inconsistent
I know I'm supposed to rave about the sandwiches here at Jason's, and the Reuben is outstanding! But this salad bar, WOW! I'm so glad my sis took me here because this is really the best salad bar in Columbus and with the best price. The lime vinaigrette is so refreshing and delicious.
I would just like to say that I had the best tuna sandwich ever from here! I think this place will be my new spot! And the staff was so friendly and nice! Thanks everyone!
The service was fast and friendly, the food was all delicious, and the outdoor seating area was perfect for us and our dog. It is also in a great location, just down the street from the falls.
Jason's deli is a great place to eat. Their sandwiches and wraps are absolutely delicious. There will be the occasional cashier, that obviously doesn't care about their job, but I dont blame them when they're working for just above minimum wage. Also, I ask you dont get the gumbo untill they tweak the recipe. I tried it today and it is clear they just threw some canned clams in there. Just heat up some canned vlams and add some spice, and it would taste the same
The croissants was stale, I’ve never grasped why anyone to any restaurant won’t make sure the order is right for online orders because we are the people that will go online a do the review. DO BETTER
The food was fantastic. The weather was beautiful that day and we sat outside on their patio. I always order the Ranchero wrap and it's so delicious. My husband gets the Reuben on rye and that's also delicious. You won't be disappointed! The gal that served our food was not friendly and we thanked her and had no response or smile. Other than that it's a must go place! It's a casual place.
Picked up a to go salad from the salad bar. Great selection and a great value for a beautiful nutritious salad. That is rare in this economy. I'll be stopping by again!
Wow. You have GOT to go. Had half a chicken salad sandwich on marble rye and a cup of tomato basil soup.was delicious
First visit to this location. Floors were extremly sticky all over. Some staff were professional and friendly, some were rude. I got up to get a second bowl for the salad bar and a Jason's deli staff member helped themselves to my seat and pushed my water cup and utensils to the side. She did this right after I placed the clean utensils on my table. So, I had to move. The environment overall isn't friendly. The neighborhood is known all over Columbus as being Snublin Dublin and they definitely live up to that reputation. This is the closest location to me. I have eaten a Jason's Deli for years in other states and cities. This location could use a deep cleaning and some hospitality training, general manners wouldn't hurt either. Hopefully, I'll have better luck with the Polaris location as I'll never come back to this one again.
The customer service was great and the food very good. The walls, tables, and chairs need a good wash. I will get my food to go next time.
Ordered extra crackers with my chili, as I do weekly, and today…zero crackers! Unfortunately I did not realize it until back at the office.
Food was surprisingly good, but I would've preferred much less focus on meat. Service was phenomenal. Whatever they're getting paid, it's not enough because this place is a well-oiled machine. Everyone was friendly, focused, and fast. Atmosphere felt more like a chain quick-service restaurant with the ads and lack of aesthetic appeal. It was still quite clean, though, and there was ample seating despite the flood of people ordering there.
Service me food outstanding. Salad bar with many options. Fountain drink machine. Worth a visit.
I figured I would try this place today, but I was disappointed some with my pasta was Luke warm, and I heard someone behind me say their soup was also. The free ice cream is pretty great, but I think I should go back and try another dish. Hopefully, it will be better. I will post the menu soon. So my meal was great. I had a Reuben. Not too fond of the curbside pick up. There was a lot going on right there including people leaving and coming into the shopping area. Also the price of a side (cup) of salad seems a little pricey for what you get. I did enjoy my meal.
A friend and I visited to grab a quick bite. Sandwiches were delicious and chips were great! Would recommend!
The service was fast and friendly and the food was tasty. I got a Santa fe chicken sandwich and a side of fruit. The sandwich had a good sized chicken brest and a nice touch of flavor with the avacado spread. The fruit was fresh and came with a side of dip. Very good.
Order the New York Yankee. Who could go wrong with 3/4 pound combination of Pastrami and Corned Beef. Always have a positive experience here.
First Timmer it was amazing, food great very clean and professional atmosphere I'm definitely going back, Try the chicken pot pie soup
