Tristan was a great salesman and made this transaction very smooth. I went there for 1 car that wasn’t available and told him everything I wanted in a car and he brought me just that! Very quick process, I was in and out! Would recommend everyone to come to Jay GMC.

My oil change was very expensive; Yet the atmosphere, and the kindness from the employees was excellent.

I seldom write reviews, but our salesman at Jay BUICK/GMC in Bedford Ohio, Tristian Holmes, has worked with my wife and me on two leased cars and two buyouts of Buicks over the years. He was thorough at explaining our options, and he was patient, listened to our issues, and although he made less with us buying-out the lease than if we leased or purchased a new car, I respected him for not going into the high pressure salesman mode. If we ever decide to buy or lease a new car in the future, we will call Tristian.

Brian was excellent. Service dept was behind schedule, he let me know ahead of time & apologized for the inconvenience. They got me out in 1.5 hrs for an oil change

I had such a terrific experience at Jay Buick. Everyone on the team was very helpful in my questions especially James Brinkman. He was always locked in whenever I needed him to be. Any time I needed help or lent something, James never hesitated. He is the type of person to drop me items whenever it's for the good of the cause. 10/10 service and would recommend again

I had a lot of initial questions when I first came in and he provided me a lot of valuable insight and I really trusted his opinion. Definitely would recommend, the atmosphere was very welcoming and didn't have the untrustworthy dealership vibes that I was initially worried I would face.
