The person who took my order was super patience *I've never ordered lumber before*
Delivery driver was awesome, though they only do curb delivery at the moment I think, so make sure you have someone to help if you need it!
Pieces are in great condition!

I did give this place one star, but wound up going there again for convenience. The customer service is still pretty bad, but atleast someone helped me this time after looking for something for over 15 min. Found a hardware store in delhi that's more interested in my business and still convenient.
These guys are great and helpful. Cost less than the hardware stores in downtown and good service.
My go to lumber yard. Great quality wood at reasonable prices. I prefer Doppes' over the big box lumber warehouses. Thanks Doppes!

Great service, friendly staff. I went for lumber to finish building a headboard, and the staff cut it down for free so I could fit it in my minivan. The location is convenient for me too!
Been there twice. Both times they didn't have what I was looking for and I just wander around the store. Looked like 4 employees (2 talking to one customer and 2 sitting down). I had to go get their attention to get help when there were only 2 customers in the store. I wont give them a third chance after my first 2 experiences. I DO NOT recommend.
Three years ago i went to home depot n got two 4 by 8 partical board.osb.
Next day i needed two more. I went to doppes for those got the same exact thing. They were for outdoor use so i painted all of them with the same paint. Today home depots are bad off and doppes are holding strong.maybe another year out of them.
Sales people are more knowledge n always ready to help.
