Poor communication, you can not get anyone on the phone. Then they say they're reviewing all carriers due to fraud. Come back and says your company is not an approved carrier but no explanation provided. Not a good business relationship when you're getting the run around and no explanation to rectify an issue if there was one. They'll remove you from the acceptance list with no notification or explanation. Long as they have the loads who cares about vendor relationships right. Typical to care more about freight than integrity. Don't expect any information everything is done by the "electronic system"

Would leave negative stars if I could. I would put every employee who I dealt with for my delivery and appliance pick up out of work if I could. I would shut down this whole company if I could. From the delivery and "inability" to hook up my appliance, to refusing to come back for my old appliance after I had to pay a plumbing company over $500 to turn a valve and hook up the new oven, to the people on the phone who constantly talked over me, made up excuses, flat out lied, hung up on me, refused to apologize for what happened, I hope every single person on manager Jocelyns team with JB Hunt is fired. Now I'm left with a broken oven in my kitchen before the holidays, and no refund as of yet. Shame on you Jocelyn and shame on Lowes for contracting with a disrespectful company.

Why Lowes continues to contract with this company for appliance delivery services is a mystery. Moving forward, I will inquire, each and every time before purchasing a product, whether it will pass through the hands of anyone associated with J. B. Hunt. If the answer is yes, I will not make the purchase. The disrespect shown by this company for the customers of another company is mind-boggling.

Truly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. We bought a refrigerator from Lowe's, they were the delivery company. First delivery went fine, but the refrigerator had a bad seal, so we had to have it swapped out. This is where the almost 2 week odyssey began. First they refused to swap it out until we got a Lowe's store manager involved. Then they called the night before with a different delivery time that we had set up on the phone. After rescheduling that they failed to show up for the swap out. After being hung up on them multiple times while trying to find out where my delivery was I finally had to call Lowe's for a manager again. This started a series of frustrating calls that made me want to just return the refrigerator and be done with it. A week later, and only after getting Lowe's management involved yet again, we finally got our refrigerator swapped out. They do not care about their customers at all. I will say that the actual delivery guys were not the problem, it was their office/dispatch people. Note, when you buy an appliance from Lowe's they will act like you bought it from "the warehouse", which is JB Hunt, so be careful.

The phone number listed on. maps is wrong. The last digit ends with 1 NOT 2.

After the shop had my truck for 8 days for SCR faults and check engine light being on, I got the truck back. The check engine light was still on and the mechanics said it would go out. Well it never did and a few days later I had more faults. The original SCR faults came back and Fleet read through the notes and it looked like to them that all Toledo did was clear the SCR faults and do nothing about the check engine light. Had to be towed to a dealership in Elkhart Indiana. The dealership changed multiple parts associated with faults and even fixed some recalls that were over a year old.

If you work for JB Hunt, do not take your truck to this shop.

Terrible. Terrible, contractors. Jb hunt must not care about how their employees treat customers. They send a big unfit lazy man to make a delivery and install our washer and dryer. He made so many excuses in why he couldn’t install it. And didn’t want to haul the old stuff back. So he said he will just leave it in front of the garage. We said no. And he just got back in his truck and said okay we’re taking it back. He rolled away sticking his middle finger out. Jb hunt needs to take responsibility of training and firing the ones that put a bad rap to your name.

I work for a company that contracts out to J. B. Hunt for deliveries. They are the absolute worst company i’ve ever dealt with, I can hardly do my job because 90% of my day is dealing with customers who are extremely upset with how rude, unprofessional, and lazy these guys are. Then when they screw up, instead of taking care of it themselves they tell our customers that it’s not their problem and to take it up with the store, when that is literally never the case, so they make these customers play phone tag until we as a store call them and tell them to do their job. I’ve never done a review on any company before and am literally putting my job at risk publicly posting this with my name on it.but that’s just how truly terrible they are, I cannot stand working with this company, they need new management and the absolutely need to take customer service classes and seminars.

Worst company who has ZERO RESPECT FOR FIRST RESPONDERS. They are disgusting! They failed to deliver our refrigerator from Lowe’s at the time we set up for. They never called to tell us. I had to call the next day and in which lowes told me that this company just ended early. Again without telling us. Thanks! So I asked lowes to get a new day and time. But I work day shift and my husband is a night shift paramedic. He does not get home until possibly 5: 30am if he doesn’t get an emergency call last minute. I was told I could get the 4: 30-8pm delivery. I asked for a confirmation number and the lady said they don’t do that and I asked how do I get a guarantee so it doesn’t change. She laughed and said no one will mess it up. Well I got a call at 6: 30pm tonight (the day before) with an automatic system saying delivery was 9am-1pm. I called and spent 31 minutes on hold for the lady out of Michigan to tell me after I explained everything that there was no way to change it, she would not do it. She did not care. I asked for a supervisor she refused and hung up on me. I called several more times with hang ups every time. Disgusting company!

I very rarely write reviews, but my 2 worst delivery experiences have been with JB Huny as the delivery fulfillment partner. I ordered a fridge with delivery and they refused to carry it up the stairs because it was a "liability" issue. This instance, while annoying was somewhat understandable. I had to hire the delivery out to a moving company instead.

The second instance was today. I ordered a clothes washer with haul away of the old one. The old washer was a front loader on a wooden stand to get it to the correct height for loading while standing. I was told by the delivery people that it was against policy to lift it off there since it was a "liability issue". There is almost no difference between lifting from there and the ground, completely inexcusable. I now have to deal with the fallout and my tenants will need to go without a clothes washer until I can, as the new one can't be hooked up until the old one is moved. I will avoid doing business with this company whenever possible, unfortunately this is more difficult since they are a partner of Lowes.

Unfortunately it appears I can't reply to your reply. That being said, empty apologies are completely worthless to me. It's clear from the other reviews here that you don't care about the end customer. Why would you, you're a fulfillment shipper, so the customer dissatisfaction doesn't really impact your business. I accomplished what your delivery employees wouldn't do, however it negatively impacted me. If you don't change your ridiculous business policies nothing will improve for the end customers that receive your appliance deliveries. If you're unwilling to do simple haul away for appliances, don't offer that service.

If there was an option for a zero, I would choose it. They delivered a refrigerator and there was a haul away. The first time, they said no order for that service (it was on the receipt). 6 attempts later to take this haul away, 4 hours of hold/call time, being assured that each trip was the correct trip. They even send a crew to the wrong address to pick it up once. Wrong size truck/wrong size crew. They finally took it out of the building and left it on the sidewalk to be picked up 24 hours later. Total code violation as the doors were still on the refrigerator, we could have been fined. The worst experience I have ever had.

As a overall company I'd give them 5 stars. I've been driving for them about 3 months now job is decent, pay is good, people are friendly. Now the trucks on the other hand, they are governed at 62, have distance breaking systems that I feel is unsafe, the truck won't stay running more than 5 minutes if outside temperature is below 71F, brand new inverter will not stay on so all the stuff in my fridge went bad, I can't watch a movie on my down time do to nothing stays on, and dome lights will not stay on more than 10sec. I can't stand being limited in literally everything in this truck! Their fascinated with the limiters.

I have to say this company has had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, I really don’t write reviews as an aside. On one occasion our furniture was damaged. Two of the delivery drivers were amazing and we love them, but as a whole this is a very unprofessionally handled company. Twice, I have had their drivers refuse delivery when it has been completely by another set of drivers with no issue. 11/3 was another delivery “attempt” that was a courteousy voicemail left to inform me there was nowhere to park…. There is an alley behind our apartment that has been used two previous times. Today upon attempt to reschedule our delivery, the first customer service agent was very kind but had computer issues so we had to call again for another agent to pick up since her system was down for secheduling. The second agent couldn’t find any record of our delivery, then said “oh it’s out for delivery today”…. This was a delivery from 10/4 that I confirmed with her that we already had, yet she still asked “are you sure? ”. Yes, I am sure I have three large pieces of furniture (one of the aforementioned damaged pieces). She then said that there was no record of our order, THEN for an added bit of fun, I was informed this was a “pick up” not a delivery. When I asked what this meant, she said I scheduled JB Hunt to pick up my credenza……. That I ordered from joybird and have yet to receive? Huh? Then I get this lovely addition, “so what do you expect to get out of this? ” My answer? The furniture I ordered. Then, “oh I found the order, i had to search by address. I can reschedule that for you. ” I’m laughing at the tip top production that seems to be in place. Fingers crossed we get our credenza and it doesn’t mysteriously get smushed or “lost”! Besties, please try better and I wish I could give zero stars.
