They answered all my questions then were very patient as I had complication after complication with getting my title taken care of and having another vehicle in the way of pick up. Unprofessional, overly rude for 0 reason. Some guy showed up to pick up a car and made a stink because of a flat tire (?) And then proceeded to call back complaining about the wasted trip. Seriously? No wonder people are robbing the place blind. I'll find someone else thanks.
