Gross fitting rooms. Old dirt, huge dust bunnies etc. Shame! Not that hard to keep those clean.

I found my ambrielle bras that I really love. Then I found my shrug for my daughter's wedding. Had 30 % off too. Love your store

I was able to find a couple of nice dress shirts that fit me very well, the gentleman that took care of me took some measurements and helped me find the shirts that fit so well. I'll go back and see if I can find a nice pair of dress slacks and maybe a tie or two. Overall, very well pleased with my experience.

Tried to accesstheir app on my phone and it was horrible. NEED To fix this problem. Cannot access to use coupon for percentage off or the scan for price.

I bought some dress shirts the other day because they were buy one get one free. Went back today to get some more because it was a good deal. They didn’t tell me I could only get one “free” shirt per transaction or per day and when I confusingly asked the cashier why it was so much she just said “the price is correct”

I would have simply come back the next day to get two more shirts and saved a bunch of money.

I just got a new job after being out of work and the savings would have really helped me.

Store is back to normal, but they had only one check out open with one person working. Waited in line for over 10 minutes

Check out line was horrible. I waited about 30 minutes. Only 2 cashiers. One cashier was busy with same transaction during my entire wait. That poor customer! I was only the fifth person in line and I waited 30 minutes.

Fast and easy place to shop without the big department store feeling. Always has great deals, on great quality products.

This is a stand alone JCPenneys. It's my favorite Penny's to shop at. There is a Sephora make-up section inside along with a hair salon. It's usually very organized and clean. My mom and I visited on a Friday afternoon and there was only one cashier, and took 10-15 minutes for another cashier to show up. This store does need more customer service help.

Courtney in the portrait studio is amazing! She really captured great photos of our family. It was a fun, yet professional setting. Clean, modern, fast. I highly recommend Courtney for your priceless memories!

It is very easy to find what I need when I go to JCPenny. Things are organized well and the displays are all so pretty. I can find what I need quickly and the employees are very friendly.

On this visit I was picking up a Online Order. Quick and speedy receipt of order. Only thing is I happened to go in on 1/2/18 and the same lights were out in the cash out area.
