13The staff was nice and for that the store gets 3 stars. Although they are not as overpriced as Macy's, their stock was somewhat limited. They had a good sale on Bali bras. Buy one, get one for half. But there was only one in my size. There were only 3 jeans skirts. Size 6,16, and 18, I wanted a 10. I feel bad for the big box stores. I want to give you my business, but always walk away empty-handed and disappointed.
Poor customer service and fellow me out the store and when I return still fellow me for a hr until I confronted him
Was pleasantly surprised by how neat and organized everything was. Purchased a couple of summer tees. All the associates were friendly and helpful.
FOR 1 THIS MALL IN GENERAL IS A JOKE. SO DANG HOT IN THIS STORE I WALKED IN AND WAS FINDING CLORHES THEN 1 FITTING ROOM SO HOTTTTTT WALKED OUT WITH SWEAT SO BAD AND THE MALL WAS JUST AS HOTTT IN 80 DEGREE WEATHER TUEN ON THE FLIPPING AC NEVER GO BACK
Visiting from out of town. Had to pick up a few things that I forgot to pack. They had everything I needed. Staff wasn't too friendly.
The store still has reasonably good prices on most things. Yet there is no one there to help you find anything. I suspect it is going the way of most retail stores. It is a fading era.
I've tried several times for service on the phone. I was put on hold for 15 minutes or more, called back a few more times and it was repeated, repeated, I got so tired of it, I just gave up. I will never call for help again and never go to their store for merchandise either!
Had to go upstairs to check out. Kind of annoying when trying to shop quickly with a baby.
I love shopping here! This is my favorite location of the ones in Central Ohio. All the employees, specifically customer service, are super helpful and friendly!
Could not find one sales associate to help us. Sales people are not friendly, and I know from past experience. Maybe this is why everyone shops on line
Received tennis bracelet for Christmas from here, at 61 days it snapped in half while at dinner. Nothing crazy! I was told that after 50 days they are not responsible to fix or replace. So heads up! The fine jewelry here is only made to last 50 days!
This company has come a long way, I definitely like to check out what they have when looking for clothes.
I couldn't find an open cash register and ended up putting the items down and leaving.
