10I love the store. I love the assortment of clothing. I am handicapped. This store does not provide wheelchairs, or electric carts. I struggled shopping, for two young grandchildren. One is 8 and the other 13yrs old. I had to hold myself up, on a shopping cart. Which they, don't have but 4, of those. Not a good experience.
I went into your store today to use my trade in certificate for a new diamond ring and was told that you no longer honored trade in certificates. Ridiculous! No notification was given that I could no longer use my trade in. I'm certain I'm not the only customer who is angry over this. Customers with trade in certificates should be honored. I'm done with JCPenney I don't ever intend on spending money in your store again!
They always have what I need and the merchandise quality it's wonderful. The advertised sale is always a sale.
If you are a female, the place is awesome. I went there to find some shorts for my fiance. And they only had a small section for boys.
Went shopping for some items, found what we wanted at good prices. At checkout was told those prices aren’t correct, and to come back in 3 days when the sale is on. Left store and won’t go back.

I was very impressed as I watched her, as I stood in line. She was one of the most hard working and polite employee i have seen in a long time. Very impressed.
I purchased a few shirts, on sale/ online and I was able to pick them up within a few hours. I love the shirts, fit and quality! Thanks, JCPENNEY!
The selection of items was not as plentiful as it was before Christmas. I like shopping at JCPenney, especially their shoe and boot area, and hope that they remain open at the Dayton Mall.

Understand it's a busy time of year but poor awareness of potential customers standing at jewelry counter. Jcp may need to get out of the jewelry market if the service is going to be this space.
Mens department also was walmart ish.
In store over 30 minutes and not 1 salesperson ever made an attempt to assist. In turn I took my business elsewhere
