Not many clothing options.checkout took forever and then they locked us in after taking forever to check us out.
Made us walk from the outside of the building around.

Great prices, friendly staff, good selection of quality products, clean environment and well organized, good job team

It was nice to actually be in a J. C. Penny again. They almost don't exist anymore. I just wish they had a better selection of items. They seem to be selling a limited selection of items, and some just aren't that impressive. Not the J. C. Penny of the 80's for sure.

The store is lovely and they always have my son's jeans. 26 inch waist is nearly impossible to find
My issue is that the store hours are listed as open until 8: 00 pm. They were closed at 7: 10. This store is no where near my home so making a second trip to pick up my catalog order, costs more than ship to home.
I, usually, end up doing more shopping in store when picking up orders. Not this time as they were CLOSED.
I'm not upset they changed their hours but they need to change the website and put a sign on the door!

I couldn't find price tags for several items I wanted to purchase, and there was only ONE checkout line open. The cashier was taking forever to check out the customers in front of me.

Doors were closed at 7: 00 pm when hours state they are open until 8. We were forced to walk out of another exit and around the mall to get to our car.

Customer service is always great. The ability to get in the store from the parking lot as handicap, doors doesn't always open correctly and it makes it hard to carry packages in for return due to only one side of the door opens and carts can't go outside the store. Store needs improvement! More sales people on the floor to assist customers!

I gave this JCPenney store a high rating for only one reason the sales the sales were great as far as getting someone to wait on you or help you in any way you might as well just go stand out in traffic because there's no one there. There's simply no employees at that store willing to do like I said Grace sales but I stood in line for over an hour just to cash out that's all I need say about that

I love this store. You can get everything you could possibly want at a somewhat reasonable price. Please never close,!

My purpose and purchase was with fine jewelry and the older guy that worked there was terrible! He yelled across the store to me instead of coming to assist me then instead of listening he repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over while giving me the wrong merchandise (because he wasn’t listening!)! There was so much more but I choose not to continue. It was a terrible experience & I would not like to ever have to deal with him again!

Careful if going on a Saturday. Their hours everywhere say they are open till 8pm on Saturday. But when in store they were trying to run people at at 7pm so they could close at 7 for no apparent reason which had other customers confused since they had it posted as closing at 8pm. But they did end up shutting the doors at 7

A work in progress and store has good clearance and lots of sales so give J. C. Penney a chance. Take care And stay positive
