Clean store, helpful staff & good sales prices. Wish they would open more of the dressing rooms.

After Covid, JCP seems limited on the variety of stock. Great coupons if you join the rewards program. However, it is hit or miss with merchandise. Staff is friendly!

Not much choice, many clothes are outdated, plenty of older people and teens, not much for the ages in-between and staff seem scarce

Horrible selection for plus size women. This used to be my go to place to shop. Not sure what's happening here but it's disappointing

I can always find something to wear. I get a lot of coupons because I have a charge card. Love it!

They have the merchandise, but it's almost as if they gave up trying to provide customer service. The children's dept is pathetic. Get back to customer service being number one. Staff your departments and checkouts and that would be a huge step in the right direction.

Excellent customer service, I visited for cologne and they were very helpful, I will definitely be a returning customer
