JCPenney, North Olmsted OH

I've said before, whoever says malls are dying should go to Great Northern. Furthermore, I just got four pairs of pants and 2 pairs of shorts that actually fit, for about $60. I'm tickled to death. The girl that checked me out also processed a return of pants I had bought online and she was as nice as she could be. Everyone there was very helpful and efficient. A salesperson actually asked if she could help me. That's pretty much unheard of anymore. I love Penney's.

Good sales plus coupons. Associates are so helpfull. I forgot my coupons on app. Saved me $60 with my coupon.

The jewelry consultant was uninformed on watches. And she needed management to come and they never did to split payment because we forgot or penny's card. She just wanted us to pay right away and leave. Not the best experience.

If I was a shoplifter, this would be a great place to do it.
Couldn't find anyone to ring me up or find anyone working at all. I ended up at the jewelry counter for her to ring up my clothes. That lady WAS NOT happy to have to do it.

Great department store. Great online coupons that will save you money. Really nice clothes at a great price. Nice variety of home goods also. The prices are as good value. Check out their St John's Bay line of clothes. Really nice look for a good price.

Great shopping.new employee forgot to take off anti theft device.but other than that good experience

The escalator going to the second floor is broken. The women's department on the second floor does not have a dressing room. They constructed a big brown box under horrible lighting. I suggest using the children's dressing room it's a hundred times better. The staff is unbelievably helpful and useful!

This is one of my favorite stores! Love going there! The employees are so nice and kind! Except a couple young workers. Some of them don't know what they're talking about or what they're doing!

I didn't catch the guys name but the young gentleman with glasses was phenomenal helping me size my suit. A+

Great deals today, Christmas in July till the end of August. Baught the wife jeans, tennis shoes and got 2 -10 dollars coupons for extra saving.

I really like this JCP. It’s easy to get to, there’s usually always a parking spot close to the building, and there’s always a good deal waiting to be found. I especially like how clean this JCP is in comparison to some of the other locations nearby. They do a really great job at keeping this store organized and presentable. I also like that there is a Sephora inside this location as well!

Nothing really to say about this store or mall. I think the whole Great Northern mall and all its stores has gone down hill in the last 10 yrs or so.

Rude staff. Quality of the clothing is poor and out of style. Macy’s has much better sales and name brand items from designers I’ve actually heard of. Store is always really messy and unorganized.

I was very disappointed in the store at one time it was a fine store getting help wasn't easy when I got help the person wasn't knowledgeable of my questions and was grumpy doesn't carry all sizes. No wonder why the stores are being closed and then got expensive

Made an appointment get there after leaving work early just to be told it's tomorrow completely ridiculous can't even get a receptionist that knows how to do their job. Never going again I've paid these prices for years to stay with my stylist. They don't even have a manager to speak with what kind of business is this honestly

I was assisted by Tayler (a cashier at JCP), she was very nice and she took time with me. She gave me the attention I needed and deserved. I will make sure to ask for her everytime I shop at this JCPenney in North Olmsted. I don't like to to deal with the rude cashier's and workers, it makes me dread shopping. I'm thankful that I found such a wonderful person like Tayler. She made my experience great!

Shocked this store is still in business. It is always in severe disarray and the employees act like your presence is an imposition. Try Macy's, it has better quality items and better staff!
