Very patient with my little boy, pictures came out adorable. Definitely will return for more pictures with the family.

We did Christmas photos yesterday.
I give one star for many reasons.

1. We booked for 3: 45, our photos were not taken till 4: 35. This is holiday season should not be an excuse to overbook. People are paying.

2. The photos were supposed to be Christmas photos but many of my toddlers' photos were cropped and zoomed, and overall you can't tell if the background is a Christmas background. The photographer was not engaging and made no effort to bring smile to my toddler's face. I had to make the effort myself which made us very nervous and we don't look good. She didn't give hint to when she will take the pictures.

3. The quality of the photos are bad. This is the most frustrating one. One of our main photos were blurry. If I wanted a blurry picture, I would have done it at home.

4. In many photo sessions we have had in the past, there are some that we usually love. In this session we hated all the photos pretty much. The photographer barely made any suggestions, and our poses are weird and not natural.

5. I don't recommend JCpenny to anyone. At least don't go to this branch till they change their photographer. It is not fair to you and your family.

The front desk people and the manager were nice. But, I made time out of my day to get good pictures and a good experience. Unfortunately we didn't get the fun experience we had in past years in other stores.

I will not return here.

I was slightly disappointed with the Portrait session we had today. The photographer forgot to change out the background so we only got one background choice. She had stated that she took 29 to 30+ pictures of my son, and when we went out to the front to choose there was only 12 to 15 options… With two or three of my favorite photos already taken out… I was told that they are unable to retrieve the pictures from the session that THEY deleted prior to coming out front for me to make my choice. She said some of them were blurry or offset from centered. So basically I’m giving it a three because I got two good pictures that I actually wanted. I think if they’re going to choose to delete pictures prior to you getting to choose. They should ask you if there’s any that you definitely want in prior to walking up front. This Probably wouldn’t be a big deal to people who do pictures all the time. I only do pictures once in a while so when I do it’s a big deal to me. I bought balloons, made blocks with his name on it… I just didn’t get all the choices that I really wanted.the staff was nice though.

Tiffany the manager gave us a great experience. She was very professional and took absolutely amazing pictures of our 9 month daughter. We will definitely be back for her 1 year photos.

Megan was wonderful she took great pictures and made are experience wonderful can't wait till my little one goes back for more pictures

The ladies working were very nice and we had two little ones so it wasn't easy. I feel like a lot of the poses done were repetitive but we did manage to get a few good ones. We used a Groupon. I feel like without a groupon it would've been very expensive. The photos I've attached are the good/decent ones. There were also a few that were not that great.

We had to wait a while but it was a Saturday so understandable. The staff was nice and kindness goes a long way. I also got a discount due to the long wait which is good customer service. Price of pics and quality were both good.
