Sadly I purchased a car from them I like the car but I'm learning to hate the service I was told that a certain part needed repaired I took it to another place had a different diagnostic test done and it's not what they said it was and every time you go to the one in Amherst there's a different service manager and you see different mechanics not going back there again unless I absolutely have to

Never will we buy a car. We went in not knowing what kind of dealership. To see about a car that online said 11,000 miles. Just for a price we had to sit through a bs talk. Never will i buy a car here.

This place is a rip off. Wanted 13,000 for a 2008 car that’s worth 7,000 and had 100,000 miles with 22% interest rate. I went to Ken ganley got a 2013 Ford Fusion for 7400 with 87,000 miles at a 14% interest rate. You do the math. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
