JD Sports reviews
8Terrible experience. I don't recommend. More concerned with making money then customer service.
I was in a few times to look at shoes I was only greeted by one employee and his name was Jayden, he was super cool and helped me find alternatives since they did not carry my shoe in store. Sad to hear from other employees that he was “Let Go” I’ve witnessed the store Manager talk down on employees in front of customers, if JD wants me to continue shopping there I think there needs to be a change in the Store Management. The only reason it’s a 5 star review is because the employee who helped me went above and beyond to meet my needs
Been in here at least 4 times and get totally ignored by the workers. Wanted to see if a specific shoe came in my size, absolutely nobody helped me. Last time I walked in, I got ignored like usual, bought a Nike hoodie. The worker that rang me up basically forced me to hit 5 on the scale (to indicate I was satisfied with the service) which I wasn't. The guy was half asleep and all he did was hand me the hoodie I bought and didn't say anything else to me aside from him getting a 5 on the rating scale. It's a shame because they have a decent selection and I got cash to spend but it seems like I'm not wanted here. One of the only stores in the mall that treat me this poorly.
Went in twice. Both times totally ignored by associates. Not greeted, nothing, I am over 30 and apparently invisible. Actually picked up the shoe I wanted to try and carried it to the bench not 3 ft away from where the assoc were conversing and waved the shoe like, "Hey, I'm here" They walked passed me to go stand by the entrance. If you don't match the target demographic, go to Shoe Carnival
Ordered shoes from here, workers sucked about it paid $150 and they keep pushing back delivery date.it's been 2 going on 3 weeks and refused to give me money back or even store credit for another shoe.
Easy place for returns for online purchases! Finshline at belton is JD and finsihline. Great service.
It is your typical shoe store. No one speaks to you and their shoe selection is nonexistent. When you do find something you want you have to hunt down a sales associate just for them to tell you they don't have it. I will try online.
