Very smooth experience. Very up front about what they are able to do to help people in not-so-great situations and in need of a vehicle. Good warranties available… go talk to Barry; he is outstanding! These guys made it happen. The service was top notch. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and polite. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle in need of some help with financing or credit to stop in and talk with them.

Horrible. I wouldn’t recommend any of the jbdnows. They quick to take your money for payment but when it comes to fixing the actual vehicle it takes them 3 different tries (so far) and a lot of wasted time and gas. This is beyond the worst experience I have ever had with anyone. They could care less about their customers as long as they get there lunch on time.

Service department is terrible. Car brought back 3 times for an alternator. Part supposed to be there in morning but had to wait an 1 and a half for it to be delivered. Then had to wait for everyone to go on lunch for an hour. Terrible business practices
