We first went to Mike Hatcher in November of 2022. He said we weren't qualified but told us what we needed to come back. We got all things necessary and went make. We new who we were talking to the minute we walked in. Mike is fun easy to get along with and tell you what you need to know. He is a great salesman. We walked away with a third row SUV which is what we wanted. If you are buying from jdbnow in Canton ohio see Mike Hatcher he is the best!

I came in with a desire need of a car. Devin came to the rescue. He was beyond nice. I don’t mean care salesman nice. I mean all around humanity nice. 4 months having my 2011 nissan rogue and I had to replace thermostat. 5 months having this vehicle and it stops running because of a blown head gasket and it's been down for over 3 weeks now. There shouldnt be a limit on what jdbnow spends on a vehicle to be sold. EVERYRHING should be checked and replaced if needed especially on older models as a precaution.

If I could gave zero Stars I would have wasted an hour over an hour of my time said I could get approved pre-approved me had me go in waste my gas to tell me they were sorry I didn't make enough money.
